Ugggg…head slam into wall. Why, we ask, why don’t people have a password security system in place? http://ow.ly/vMZg7

This should be the acid test of all friendships. We would have fewer friends of higher quality.

Heidi K is spamming me with emails about a personal fund raiser. It makes Pioneer Balloon look bad when someone uses their business email to spam people they don't even know about a personal matter. When I talked to Heidi on the phone, she didn't seem to have any clue that harvesting emails from LinkedIn for personal use isn't classy.

Awful! Not enough handicap parking. They tell me that they only disabilities that Omaha approves for home delivery is wheelchairs. Like those are the only kinds of disabilities. Shame on you, Post Office!!

I don't even want to give this person a single star. I only ever saw the Dr for 5 mins as he stuck his head in the door. My one an only consultation was with his PA who basically just goes over your paperwork. Ignoring what I came in for: urgent pain around my shoulder blades (Trigger Point Injections), he gave me multiple steroid shots in my lower back, that ended up giving me sciatica. Calls to their office resulted in NO call backs. Repeatedly telling the intake nurse, the receptionist and the office manager resulted in NO calls from the PA or the Dr. I was told that this Dr only has 10 mins per patient and that his PA runs most of the office visits. Today he was mad because in talking over this with the nurse, I was making his injection schedule late. He popped his head in, and was furious at me for challenging this complete lack of dx first, treatment last, he told me I couldn't have the injection that I was currently check in for. They also could not guarantee that I would not be charged for the "nothing" visit.

Dr. Luken took over for Dr. Hollingsworth, who had taken good care of me for years, and prior to that, Dr. Ted Dehotel, and his staff. I loved Susan and Marva. As the transition was happening, I went in for a filling and Dr. Luken botched it. I ended up with this huge gap between my teeth. I also had terrible pain on the right side of my face for a whole week. I had to take time off work. I called at the end of the week and they told me that was pretty normal, but told me to come in anyway. Dr. admitted that the gap was too big, but told me to wait a month or so to see if my teeth would move around and fill the gap. Since then I asked a number of friends in dentistry and they said NONE of that was normal and teeth don't move that much. I got my money back, in a plain envelope with no note of apology, nothing. I called to have my records sent to my new Dr. Nothing. No records arrived. I called and found out that the Dr has fired most of the previous staff. The whole thing was very upsetting. Terrible bedside manner.

I have a love affair with Miva as a corporation, with their products, and mostly with the people behind the name. Where else can you be on a first name basis with the CEO, the COO, all the savvy tech support folks, and more. Love, love, love!!!
