A disgrace to the Hilton name. Unhelpful staff, derelict room, no air-conditioning despite unpleasantly hot room, offered tiny, damaged fan, and a bucket of ice as a replacement; the window only opened a small amount (maybe 10 centimetres) which would not have been a problem had the room not been so hot. The corridors seemed more comfortable than the room. The "sea view" consisted of a jungle of vents, cables and pigeon-detering spikes, without so much as a puddle in sight. I would advise against staying here.

We had a fantastic time during out stay at the Hilton in Brighton. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, right on the waterfront. Our double room was very large and quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Our sea view room was a bit small but our travelling companions had a much bigger room without one. Choose carefully. I'd still go for a sea view again!

Stayed here for my partner's birthday and our anniversary. The room was lovely, the food was excellent, especially the ribeye steak. The staff were approachable and pleasant, and the facilities were up to spec. A perfect two days.

Good room, stayed in 'compact double' but sizeable and appreciated ironing board, iron and hair dryer. Breakfast good but service mediocre. Otherwise very professional service and quick turn down of room.

Booked a spa day for a friend and went along too. Could not fault the friendliness of the girls in the spa, however the lunch was appalling , and the service in the restaurant was even worse. Lunch took 2 hours and took up most of the time. 3 coffees, 2 glasses of wine and 1 soda came to £34!.as to add insult to injury they had the nerve to charge 10% "service".The treatments also were not very good. I had a mini manicure and mini pedicure and basically I paid £36 to have nail polish put on. No soaking the ; far better treatments and cheaper. All 3 of us said we would not recommend , in fact we will tell people not to bother. I suppose they don't need to rely on regular customer as they have hotel guests.

The rooms are excellent, tidy and clean. Had dinner in the restaurant (ribeye steak) cooked to perfection with a beautiful pepper sauce, as well as the breakfast buffet. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Also the staff are all knowledgeable and helpful, that's a big thumbs up in my book.
