Thank you for sharing your feedback about HighPoint Apartments. I am so sorry to hear about your move out experience. We understand how important credit is, and we do everything possible to collect outstanding balances onsite. However, if we make multiple attempts to contact a resident and we do not receive payment or communication for a certain period of time, we are obligated to turn the account over to collections.
