Hi there John, I tried to call you first thing in the morning. You have a mailbox that has not been set up so I could not leave you a message. My name is Steve McNamara the owner of H Heaven Auto Repair. My manager Josh contacted me last night and said you and your car did not get handled like we normally do with our customers. I completely understand your frustration and this is totally our mistake. We would like to take care of all the items we did not get finished at no charge to you!
