We were hugely impressed with the standard of all the entries and the time taken by over 3,687 staff,  parents and friends of the schools to vote for their entries.

September 23, 2014 - Heygate Farms at Local Flavours
Today we took a stand at Local Flavours at the Norfolk Showground. The trade event was designed to showcase the very best of regional food and drink products. Visitors could learn about what makes our Norfolk potatoes so special and were also able to taste freshly steamed samples.

We are very lucky in Norfolk to have so many talented chefs. This Potato Crisp, Potato Fondant, Confit Garlic, Pan Roasted Quail Breast and Potato & White Onion Puree is by David Lovett.

David is producing wonderful food at The Maids Head Hotel in Norwich, which is known as the oldest hotel in the UK, dating back over 800 years.
