Dear Ms. Enoch:
We are sorry that you were unable to wait for diagnostics when visiting our dealership. Please let us know if we can be of service again when visiting the Austin area. Please ask for Mr. Robin Branham. He is the gentleman who was best able to serve you. Robin was able to use a scan tool to find that your VW had a "Knox Sensor" fault which requires time in our shop to diagnose.
