Today's the first day for Obamacare open enrollment. Many of you have received letters on rate hikes. There is a 58% increase in Lubbock County health plans, but only for those that do not qualify for a government subsidized plan.

Premiums are still 9.5% of family income, but tax incentives have also changed. Recalculate by calling Hettler or going to healthcare.gov.
