Wendy Mottern, Joan Berger and I attended a Women’s Council of Realtors joint meeting at the Junior League yesterday.  The National President of Women’s Council, Jo Kenney,  presented to the group the continued mission and vision of WCR, which most importantly is to recognize, educate and encourage people in our industry to become strong leaders.   Wendy Mottern is a fine example of just that Mission, as she has served as an officer for the Fort Bend Chapter of WCR for the last year and was just nominated in yesterday’s meeting to serve as Vice President of Membership in 2015.

.Heritage Texas President/CEO Robin Mueck shares why REALTORS continue to be relevant in a Zillow & Trulia era.. http://buff.ly/1v8NUmh
Online companies have been transforming the real estate industry by allowing consumers to search through their large databases of listings on their own, bypassing many local Realtors and multiple listing service portals. Which begs the question: Are Realtors’ services still relevant in the era of Zillow and Trulia?
