Thank you Derek Rojas in the Service Department !!! I was driving to work at 6am and my check engine light was blinking and drove straight to the dealership. Derek assisted me promptly, set up a rental vehicle for me and sent me on my way so that I don't miss out on a work day!! Convenience and quick service is what we all are looking for and I received that at Herb Chambers in Danvers.

I bought a 2015 Cherokee from here and before i hit 2000 miles i needed a new transmission. So that took about a month, while waiting i was handed a 2013 Chrysler200, mind you it was baby blue . Atleast give me something in comparison to my jeep that im paying 400 a month for. I finally getmy jeep back with a new transmission a month later and go to pick it up and the car is a mess, dirty, inside and out. But on the slip they say it had been washed and clean. Two months later i called for a rattling noise with my sunroof, i get a date for a month and a half down the line. Drop my car off again, this time for 4 days and get a 2014 patriot probably the most basic version, awful. My other option was actually a mini van lol. On the third day i call to check up on it and they told me they'd get back to me soon, they never did. Forth day i call again and was told to pick it up. Again i pick it up car is a mess inside and out, but on the slip it again said it was "washed" . And the rattling was minimized not taking care of properly. People spend alot of money for these jeeps. Please treat them like your own and have enough respect to do it in a timely manner possibly with a comparable rental car as well would be nice.

This is the first time I have ever written a review but thought I should in the case. I purchased my Ram 1500 at another dealer several years ago. Love my truck and not sure what I would do with out it (manage I guess). This is not a review about the Ram or a Dealer but for the service department. Sometimes the unsung hero of the auto business. From the start, I had just got on the highway at rush hour heading home from a long day of work and sitting in traffic, suddenly with no warning the truck started bucking and knocking. Me not being much of an an auto person other than driving one, was horrified as I have never in my long driving career had anything like this happen. I was so afraid of breaking down in the middle lane and causing even worse traffic than anything else, but I was able to keep the truck running with just enough power to get me off at the next exit and coast to the bottom of the off ramp. The engine only with gas being applied but had no power. What could it be. Had no clue, after about an hour wait for a tow, I asked to be dropped at the closest Dealer due to being under warranty - even paid extra on the tow to get to one which happened to be Herb Chambers. I have heard of them but I live much further north so never had an opportunity to use their services. Anyway, once the tow got there I was very surprised to find the service department still open at 7:30pm on a Thursday night. I am used to the closest one to me being closed at 5:30. When I got in I spoke with Sean the Blue Team Manager, and told him about my issues, and the extended warranty etc. He looked me up had all the information and told me that they are really backed up from the snow and all the service calls that he could not guarantee when they could get to my truck but he would do everything he could to get it done ASAP since I would be in a rental and it was a non drivable situation. He told me they would at least look at it and try to figure out what was wrong and then try to figure the repair schedule. The next day I was told a cylinder need to be replaced and that they had to order the parts, that they would work with the rental company to help cover part of the rental as is allowed by the warranty and they would know more after the weekend. Tuesday morning I was advised the parts were on the way and an approximate schedule to complete and that I should have the truck back by Friday. A bit disappointed but knew it needed time to make sure that everything was taken care of and I only wanted to get rid of the rental. On Friday the truck was done, I stopped off after hours and Sean had taken care of everything the rental and so forth. Even introduced me to the Team leader on the floor who worked on the Truck. Over all I had a great experience with the Service folks and am very pleased now 2 weeks after with the job done and being back in my truck. Thanks guys, I appreciate the work and will check out Sales next time I am in the market for a new Auto.

Called looking for help to determine if used Grand Cherokee had pre existing conditions even though I didn't purchase the vehicle at Herb Chambers, I spoke with Derek Rojas. He was very helpful and invited me down to test drive with no appointment just to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive. This is why I come here. I was having issues with my vehicle, the scope of which goes beyond this review. I was becoming frustrated with the results I was getting until Jeff McNally (Service Manager) stepped in. Jeff immediately highlighted several options and the cost of each option. His intervention helped me make the appropriate decision for the repair of my Jeep and retained me as a satisfied customer. I will be at the service department again mid April for additional service to my vehicle.

I purchased another vehicle at end of February, Dodge Journey, from Edison Lika at this Herb Chambers location. This must be our 5th or 6th vehicle that Edison has sold us in the past 18 years. I will not go anywhere else and I always recommend this Herb Chambers Dealership along with Edison's name of course. The service, the deals, and the car maintenance service shop are great. And yes the Finance group (Zack and Joe) thanks for making the experience as relaxed and enjoyable a possible, like being around Family. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Edison Lika!

Edison made my life super easy.I came here with hope of trying totrade in my altima and ended up leaving same day with a 13' Charger awd. Couldnt be happier with both my experience and purchase. What a great place!
