Line resolution test of the Open Hardware #LDGraphy Laser Direct Lithography device. The default lens on my cheap laser is of not very good quality, and the projected dot is shaped irregularly and not as fine as I'd like it to be (0.08x0.1mm). Also, due to the design choice that aims to be simple (no scan-correcting F-Theta lens), even a well-focused dot will only be perfect in two places along the line.

Yet the initial resolution with this set-up is pretty promising: traces and clearances are very reliable at 0.15 mm/6mil and often even beyond that (for comparison: minimum 6mil are the design rules for your favorite purple +OSH Park PCBs).
