Went to Hendrick Toyota to purchase a Highlander. Kyle Pansing, the sales associate, was very informative, not pushy and answered any questions we had about the car. After some negotiating with the finance manager, John Nelson, we walked out of there with a new Highlander and a great deal. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. John also did an excellent job of explaining thoroughly all of the warranty information and would break down into detail further questions I had. You can tell that Mr. Nelson knows his stuff and is a great asset to Hendricks Toyota. Both gentlemen should be rewarded for their positive service and great attitudes.

Brian Hughes helped us find the perfect vehicle. We went in not knowing what to get and drove out in a new van that was just what we wanted. Brian wasn't pushy. He really took the time to listen to us and provide us with several options. This was our first dealer vehicle purchase in 10 years, and because of the great service, we will definitely head back to Hendrick Toyota in Merriam next time. Thank you Brian Hughes!

I had been looking for a used Camry and knew what I wanted, but it had been tough and overwhelming with all the options available in the market. I inquired on a listing I found after hearing from a friend that they had a good experience at Hendrick Toyota, and Angelica called me right away to provide the information I requested and convinced me to pay a visit that day. I'm glad she did. After spending some time with Justin and taking a test drive of a 2011 SE, I knew it was what I wanted but didn't know that it would be in my monthly payment budget range and at a good interest rate. I chose to finance with Toyota, as they were able to beat the rate my bank offered me and the overall process was extremely easy and smooth. Justin gave me exactly what I wanted in every aspect, and it was so stress-free compared to the car shopping experiences I'd had thus far. I will know to go straight to Hendrick first when I'm ready to purchase my next car.

I recently was considering the purchase of a Nissan or a Toyota, however; needed to compare and contrast the two so I took the Altima I was test driving over to Hendrick Toyota one Sunday (LOVE the Sunday hours!) so I could look at the Camry and Altima at the same time. Brian Hughes was my salesperson at Hendrick Toyota. He was incredibly patient and kind during my painstaking analysis of the two vehicles. Brian is VERY knowledgeable about the Camry and was amazingly helpful in explaining the many features on the car. Several of the features he mentioned are also on the Avalon my husband purchased at this dealership last summer so my husband was thrilled to get a refresher course just by listening to Brian mentor me. I DID purchase the Camry and I am very happy with it. The care and concern Brian showed me during the buying process was professional and comfortable and played a large roll in my decision to purchase the Camry. I would recommend Brian to anyone in the market for a Toyota.

At first, my experience was like any other trip to a dealership. We worked with Mason and he was knowledgeable about the highlander we were looking at and pleasant. When it came time to have his manager look at my car for a trade in value, he took my keys and ran inside. Next thing I know my husband was asking where our car went and I had no idea, because Mason didn't inform us what they were going to do with it. Most dealerships we've been to looked over our car where we parked it. After I asked him, he mentioned that they took it around the side of the building so they could look it over. After our test drive, we went inside and they played the same sales game that all dealerships seem to do. After it was decided that the trade in amount they offered us wouldn't work, he brought his manager over. Instead of telling us "I'm sorry we can't offer you that amount" he decided to instead offer us a much older model that "is a bit rough" on the exterior. This is where I began to get upset. After saying no and that we had to go a couple times, we finally got to the point to where we could leave. I asked Mason for my car keys, which he had to retrieve from the center across the facility. So we exited the side of the building to find that they didn't put my car back upfront where I had originally parked and where my original spot was still vacant, but rather at a parking spot on the farthest side of the parking lot. Let me notate that my husband and I drove separate and I had my 4 month old in her car seat to carry to my car, across the entire parking lot when there was plenty of spots available closer. To me, this was highly inconsiderate and the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any dealership. I will never go back.

Went to Hendrick Toyota and had a very good experience buying a used car. The sales associate, Jonathan Rivera, was very professional and did not try to push us into anything we could not afford or did not want. He took his time to make sure we had seen everything that we wanted and we drove away very happy.

i purchased my new Toyota Camry last week. First of all, i didn't plan to buy a new car. i was looking for a used car for a decent price. When i met a sale man named "ADAM". He's nice with great manner and knowledgeable about the car. he explained me clearly about the difference between a used car and brand new car. The sale team also offered me a great deal with no interest. Finally, i bought it without hesitation. i loved it so much. i strongly recommended Toyota brand to everyone who is looking a new car. This brand won't make you disappointed. No liar...:)
