I bought a used 2008 Toyota Sienna that had a little work that needed to be done to it before they could release it to me (It needed a little body work and a rear tail light housing replaced). They did loan me a brand new 2016 Toyota Camry to drive while the Sienna was being worked on, which I did like about this place and why they got two stars. First of all, the car came with a three month three thousand mile warranty which is great, but because the tail light housing that needed to be fixed was on back order it took ten days for us to get our car back and the warranty started the night we bought the car. So we lost ten days from our warranty which wouldn't be a big deal except its only a three month warranty. Secondly, when I finally did get to pick up the Sienna it turned out that it only had one set of keys, and they flat out refused to give us a second set. I fought with them enough to finally get them to agree to make us a second set for the cost of the key, and they would pay for everything to be programmed. When I told them I could find the OEM key online for $15.00 (Ebay) and they told me that sounded about right. I called them back a few days later to find out when we could expect to come in and get everything set up and to get a solid price on the key, and they told me between $40 and $50. So they are trying to make money off of something they should be doing to make things right for the customer. I have called them back many times trying to get a solid answer as to what the cost of the key is, mostly going to voice mail. I leave a voice mail or occasionally get to talk to someone who in turn promises to call me back and has my number on file, then never does. I am probably just going to have to get the key cut and programmed myself from someone else because I'm not sure I trust Hendricks Toyota to make it right. I won't be making the mistake or trip (this dealership is more 20 miles away from me, by far not the closest) to this dealership again. This was my first car dealership experience and as a young married guy with a family on the way I would have thought they would go out of their way to make sure I was a repeat customer. Sadly if that is what they were going for, I'm afraid they have failed.

These guys were awesome!!! They were able to get me an awesome offer. If you want to get a good deal, go to Hendrick Toyota and ask for Casey Bezdek. He did an excellent job and worked hard to provide me with the best deal possible.

I was greeted by Christie Breaux in less than 6 steps from my vehicle. I was fortunate to discover a friendly professional who, most importantly, listened to why I was at the dealership and what I was looking for. Within a few minutes I was directed to several vehicles that matched my criteria. She guided me to the best choice, which we purchased. Tao Dinh made this experience incredibly easy. I have NEVER had a better experience with a new car purchase. I was in a big hurry to get a new car We drove the parking lot on a Sunday. Found the car we wanted. Called on Monday. Tao walked me through the application process and made sure I knew he was monitoring the car I wanted to make sure I could get it. Our appointment time got delayed and he was beyond flexible and pleasant. We walked in, he had the keys ready, managed the purchase process flawlessly. I would and will recommend anyone in the market for ANY car to speak with Tao first. You can get in & out of a car dealership almost painlessly. Thank you Tao!

I purchased a vehicle (Toyota Avalon Hybrid) from Brad Pointer back in Sept 2014. The car buying experience was very relaxed, and to add to this, the experience I have received following the purchase has been amazing. Jesus Najera, the service rep I now call following emails I receive for any updates/work orders. . etc is phenomenal. He always has a loaner for me, my car is always clean/washed following any service performed, and it is a no nonsense environment. . . .I HIGHLY recommend these folks if you are in the market for a vehicle. You will not be disappointed.
