Manipulating the brain has been a tool used in the treatment of mental illness for centuries, and treatments have often been controversial. From psychosurgery, including lobotomy and leucotomy, to electro-convulsive therapy, which is still used to treat depression and psychotic illness today, more modern methods include deep brain stimulation and transcranial magnetic stimulation.

A teller put in the wrong deposit amount. After I left she realized what she had done and voided the fact I went in to make a deposit at all! The next day I come in and there is $720 missing . I print out a receipt and there is no evidence that I came in yesterday. The teller stands there and says "I don't remeber you.. After I call a manager the teller says "oh yeah she deposited $150 yesterday." Of course there was no record of any deposit not the $150 or the $720 . Thank god part of it was in checks so I could prove I made a deposit! Incompetent doesn't begin to cover this bank

These are the most horrible and incompetant nurses in NYC. After a spinal fusion and a lapemdectomy the nurses mixed up my chart and refused to give me pain medication for the first 24 hours. I was literally in my bed screaming from the incision. They didn't even bother to answer the bell or check to see what was wrong. They refused to privide assistance to get to the bathroom and to get on a gurney for an Xray. They wouldn't make eye contact when they did come into a room. If they wanted you to turn over they would just push at you. The sheets were never changed and the food was left on the opposite side of the room. They did this knowing I could not get out of the bed. The hospital staff sends a survey and asks if you want to speak to someone. I said yes of course they never got beack to me. This is a disgusting place don't go there.
