Introduction

What can I say?  I’m a loving husband/father of two children who enjoys the small things in life.  I’m a tech geek who would rather spend a day rooting a phone than going to a football game.

I spend most of my days in front of a screen of some kind, typing away for hours on end.  I love classic sci-fi, mostly The Twilight Zone series, gaming on my PS4, and anything else pertaining to tech.

I’m a native Minnesotan but I moved down to South Carolina in 2008.  It’s been a trying time these past few years but I’m finally getting my stride back and adjusting to my new home.  I still have most of my people back in Minnesota so I make it up there every year and whenever else I can.

I’m available 24/7 either through my cell phone, Google+, Facebook, or Twitter.  Feel free to drop me a line and don’t be a stranger.  Peace!

For Pete's sake, I wish Motorola would get their stuff together. I guess that's my fault for buying another Verizon phone.

I kinda liked Clippy though.  They should bring Clippy back in Office 2016.
Microsoft's Clippy is the oft-bemoaned helper of Windows software until the friendly and overzealous paper clip was killed off for Office 2007. Detested by consumers and Microsoft alike, Clippy didn't leave behind much adoration. But last night, SNL preyed upon our Clippy nightmares with a new office assistant, named Pushie.

"More Comcast Customers Report Name Changes to "Whore" and "Dummy" " http://gizmodo.com/comcast-also-changed-customers-names-to-whore-and-du-1682886097
Remember a couple days ago, when the world learned Comcast had changed a customer's name from "Ricardo Brown" to "Asshole Brown?" Looks like our Ricardo might not have been the only one. More Comcast customers have reported similar incidents to Elliott.org. The name changes range from "dummy" to "whore" to the slightly confusing "Fakoe Bez" (sounds like "Fuck you, Bez.")

It's always amazing that big tech companies still haven't figured out a way to effectively steam their conferences.

Congrats to all the Samsung S5 users!

(mumbles under breath since the Turbo is still on KitKat)
Here it comes! Verizon's Samsung Galaxy S5 is now one of the first US variants to receive an official update to Android 5.0 “Lollipop.” The update is being pushed now. The update drops in as build VRU1BNLC and is of course, a big one. After updating, users will find Material Design hints ...

Another angle is that people were cheap and bought a low-end Android device that worked like garbage so they decided to switch.

I know plenty of people that bought some low spec, poor quality, Android Gingerbread device just because it was free from their carrier.  Then they complained about how slow and "laggy" it was.  Those same people are like "Android sucks... I'm getting a iPhone!  What's the cheapest one you have?"

You'll soon see them complain about how their 16GB iPhone keeps telling them that they have no space for their music.
