As a personal trainer, I recommend getting an activity tracker (preferably one that also monitors heart rate) to all of my clients. Whether your day includes scheduled activity like a run, hike, or workout or is just full of meetings and errands, having a fitness and activity tracker with you can make a difference in how much and how often you move.
