Do you only see the down side or look for the solution side? Do you fall apart or know this too shall pass? Do you carry anger, or let it go quickly? No matter how you feel, mad or frustrated, every time you center yourself in kindess, patience, and understanding your positive stomps out the negative...and those around you.
