I don't know where or how these myths get started but apparently they sound good enough to repeat over and over again until you have a never ending game of "telephone". Knowing the FACTS is the only way you'll ever hit your goals or you're just wasting your time and frustration. Getting fit is never fast but it can go relatively quickly when know what's right and follow through.

Are you a drop out?

A fitness drop out? You had it all - the eating was under control, you hit all your workouts, but something happened; life was altered and you were unable to reclaim your routine. But what's stopping you now?

Maybe whats holding you back from dropping back in is knowing the work you'll need to do to get back. But ask yourself -

How did I feel when I was eating well?

How much better and happier was my reflection?

How much confidence did I have at my body best?

How good did I feel when I finished a workout?

How much better did life feel when I stuck with my plan?

Get back to it! The hardest part is alway the beginning as you reshift your habits. Once you get rolling again, everything feels better... and easier.

So kinda awkwardly shot but this was cool! A new piece of workout equipment called The Frog. Hits almost every muscle and builds strength and stamina. I dont like too many workout gadgets but I want one! Has anyone ever tried it?

Working windshield wipers. These arw killer. I did a total of 12, 6 on each side but I'm shooting for 10 on each side , for a total of 20. I'll get there. Give them a try.

How To Shape Your Shoulders

The shoulder makes the arm I always say, so in order to get that nice round shape, you have to hit all three head of the shoulder. Shoot for 15 reps and pick a weight where you begin to struggle around 12 reps. If you need to rest a moment to finish them, that's ok. Muscles grow when you push them so if can do 15 reps no problem, there's no reason for them to get stronger. When 15 reps gets easy it's time up your weights. There are lots of different shoulder moves, but this is one of the best basics to have. Good Luck!

Ahhhhh... in my power rejuvenating chamber (the gym). I'm emotionally exhausted from all the election crud.

Sidenote... the chair in the picture... a friend pointed out a video where people crawled around it without touching the floor and I thought I would try it... but I really think I need a much much heavier chair ;) #nofaceplant
