Purple cauliflower πŸ’œ

I was so excited to receive this purple cauliflower beauty in my farm box this week. 🌺 It was even brighter and prettier than I imagined... AND most importantly, my kids were as excited to try it as I was. πŸ€ We ate some of it raw, and then I roasted the rest in the oven with a little extra virgin olive oil and Himalayan salt. πŸ˜‹ I drizzled some tahini sauce over the roasted cauliflower and voila!... it vanished within minutes 😊
Cauliflower is an excellent source of dietary fiber, Vitamin C and Vitamin K. How do you prepare or eat cauliflower?

Package Free | Plastic Free Journey πŸ”› Double Tap ❀️ I started my "package free/plastic free" journey a while ago, but have recently found more ways to go package-free. βœ”οΈ
My latest strategy is take empty mason jars to the market 🌞 so that I can place the bulk items I purchase directly into them instead of using the plastic bags provided there. 🌟
During my last market trip, I bought some organic brown rice, organic popcorn kernals and raw cashews. In addition to using mason jars to reduce plastic use, they also do a great job of keeping food fresh and keeping the pantry bugs out.πŸ’ I'll share more about the steps I'm taking to minimize my impact on the environment. Let me know what you do to reduce waste or help protect the environment?
