We all know for the general Australian public we need to be eating more veggies, and this can be as simple as switching one meal a week to a vegetarian or vegan dish. Why not try some of these dinners in the next week as a yummy start!

WELCOME ANTHONY!
Anthony is our newest Remedial Massage Therapist!!

Graduating in 2017 from the Australian Institute of Fitness with a Diploma of Remedial Massage and having worked as a massage therapist since 2016, Anthony is a qualified therapist with the most up-to-date methods and techniques. He once aspired to follow a professional sporting career, but instead found interest in injury prevention and management, and improving the well being of people. Ask him about his working experience with the Western Sydney Wanderers, the GWS Giants, and Sydney Icedogs sporting teams!!

His hours are: Monday 3-7pm, Wednesday 3-7pm, Saturday 9am-4pm
