It isn't every day that you go to camp and a couple of astronauts show up! Last week, Purdue astronauts Gene Cernan (ECE'56; HDR'70) and Jerry Ross (ME'70; BS'72; HDR CAL'00) visited with children participating in the PALS (Purdue Athletes Life Success) program. Cernan and Ross helped distribute bikes to the winners of PALS' Purdue Federal bike give-away.

We’re home to future health professionals, educators and business leaders. We’re discovering healthier ways to eat, exercise, manage finances and navigate relationships. We’re finding better ways to treat, prevent and diagnose cancer. We’re working to improve the environment as well as the safety of employees and athletes. We’re uncovering new ways to improve memory and prevent diseases. We’re reaching out to inform the residents of Indiana and the world about health and well-being. We’re doing all this and more. We’re HHS and we’re Making Lives Better!

We couldn't do any of this without our outstanding students, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends!
