We are putting together a test group to try our "30-Day Lifestyle Program" for free (it normally costs $20) and will be starting July 1st. The program comes with a comprehensive nutrition plan, recipes, workouts and much more. 

To participate in the test group, you must be willing to 1) take an anonymous pre-survey 2) follow the program for the full 30 days, 3) take an anonymous post-survey to report on your progress.

What is the 30-Day Lifestyle Program?

Can you believe we are at the halfway point of 2015?! It is amazing to me how fast time can go by. As I approach the second half of this year I have asked myself: What have I accomplished so far? Where can I improve my efforts? How can I simply do more? 

If you have asked yourself similar questions as we approach the half way mark of 2015 – my invitation to you is to not give up. If you set out to accomplish something this year, there is still time to make your goals a reality. My only caveat is for you to not turn to the “easy” way or the more “convenient” way. 

Your health should be your number one priority, without it you can’t do anything. Here at Health Movement we are striving to promote a healthier world by inviting everyone to figure out their own personal reason to be healthy and pursue that reason with all the vigor they have. Day 27: 30-Day Lifestyle Program (Rich)

Something strange about me, I love chocolate and I love fruit...but I don't like to mix them. In fact I prefer fresh fruit without chocolate or sugar sprinkled on it (like chocolate strawberries). I know I'm in the minority here but I think the chocolate or sugar ruins the already awesome flavor of the fresh fruit! 

You really can't go wrong with fresh fruit and veggies, so scarf them down!
