Something interesting that I am pondering about this para,

But aren’t blog posts, ultimately, almost as fleeting as a talk at a workshop? Who makes sure the content stays online not just today and tomorrow, but in the long term? Who guarantees that the link to the post remains the same? Who ensures that the text will not be modified later on?""

It does happen in my studies too. Especially, when it comes to the question of societal impact in an article that written by a researcher.
