This is the perfect outfit for when you have an occasion to go to, but the weather just doesn't make your outfit choice easy. You know those days when it's too cold to wear a sleeveless piece but too hot to have a jacket? This dress is the option you need!

Shades of blush pink and prints of rich florals are a sure-fire way to be on trend this season. A colour palette that suits most skin tones and has items to match your personal styles is one to shop for as the cooler months set in.

This season I'm teaming up with Westfield Hornsby to show you how to introduce this season's trends into your personal style, starting with the trend: Rose Pink, French Navy and Florals.

HOW TO BREAK YOUR PERSONAL STYLE RUT: It's common to get stuck in your day-to-day dressing, optioning for safe and easy outfits just because that's the routine and that's what works. But fashion is meant to be fun, so let's explore some new items, trends or simply new ways of wearing old things.

A change of season certainly helps you get out of your style rut....because you can't exactly wear a big jumper in spring/summer. Which means, this is the perfect time for you to have a read of this post and finally get out of your personal style rut!

FIT & FLARE DRESSES: One of the most flattering styles any woman can wear! They work with most body shapes and are so comfortable to wear.

The top half of these dresses are all about the "Fit". If you're busty, option for a style with a lower or open neckline, like a v-neck or sweetheart neckline. If you're less busty, v-necks are still a great choice, as are round-necks or boat-necks.

The bottom half is naturally about the "Flare". The flare works great for women with an inverted triangle body shape and for those of us who want to disguise any apparent "problem" areas in the hips and thighs.

I've always been a fan of the fit and flare dress, here's an outfit I wore a couple of years back that I plan on reworking this Spring/Summer!

Does your wardrobe include more black than any other colour? As a Personal Stylist, one of the most common questions I'm asked about is how to mix colour within an outfit. Here's an easy formula to follow to add colour to your outfit and look well-put together: http://www.hayleycooper.com.au/main/index.php/51-style-tip-colour-mixing

How many times do you get yourself a new addition and then let it sit in your wardrobe? This happens to a lot of ladies!

ACCESSORISING STYLE TIP: Try workshopping your new accessory, piece of clothing or pair of shoes into your existing wardrobe while you are still so excited about it. This will give you a visual of how you can style this piece into your own wardrobe and you will be much more likely to actually wear it!

WARDROBE TIP // De-Clutter your wardrobe space frequently to save space and keep your mind fresh when it comes to your daily dressing. Having an overflow of items is overwhelming, there's just too much stuff to physically look at, sort through, find, iron, etc AND THEN make a good outfit from... that's when we resort to "I have nothing to wear", because getting dressed in a great outfit requires too much thought and effort and that's when you end up wearing something you don't feel great in.

My aim is to help you look and feel absolutely amazing every single day (with ease!) which I why I offer Wardrobe Consultations completely customised to suit your individual needs.
