The weather is looking beautiful today with a high of 73F and 5mph winds, which is not windy at all. We're thinking it'll be a great day to be by the pool! #poolDay #Orlandovacation #Floridaweather

Room set up with a separate master bedroom and a pullout sofa in the main room was great for the needs of our family. The kitchen's large refrigerator and other kitchen small appliances made our stay easier to snack in the room. Needing extra sheets and a blanket had housekeeping at our room in less than 5 minutes. Great facility.

We enjoyed a nice 2-night stay April 15-17. The hospitality and service is always very good and our comfort was fine. My only suggestion is to have the couch facing the TV in the suites because it is easier to sit and relax looking directly at the TV instead of side-ways. Breakfast both days were very busy compared to our stay in March....but it was sad that all salt shakers were missing from the tables on Sunday morning before we checked out. Not sure what happened there....but something for management to look into or possibly, furnish salt packets in the future instead. Otherwise, it was a clean and great experience as always!

The stay wasn't too bad but trying to get wash clothes was almost impossible. Also talking to the staff sounded like they were new so I guess that's why it wasnt as good as it normally is. Other than that the beds were comfy and the room was clean.

My husband and I wanted a quick get away and chose staySky Suites for location and price. Check in was quick and easy. The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful with where to park in proximity to our room etc. We were placed on the 6th floor and we noticed when entering the room hallways it was very warm. On the 6th floor the temp was set on 87. HOT for a Florida hotel, making the elevators extremely warm as well. Room was clean but very dated, furniture banged up and chair and sofa had holes in it. Ok room price was low so we were not being too judgy. 2 Tv's in the room, only one remote control. Our door would not lock upon closing it, called front desk and a repair was made to our door immediately. That was impressive. Spent time by pool, in bar, everyone was friendly. Fire alarm went off about 11:00 PM, we called front desk for several minutes with no one answering the phones. My husband ended up having to go downstairs to check on our safety. In the end everything was fine but the communication was poor in that situation. We didnt bother with breakfast so cant comment on that area. Bed was comfortable, hotel was quiet. Over all I say it was a good stay.

Room was nice, but many of the door locks didn't work. Nice to have a small kitchen and a full sized fridge. Spent a few days at Disney, so we stocked up on food that we could take each day. Had a good breakfast in taking into consideration that it is a hotel free hot breakfast. Pool was okay. We did swim but it was not heated (we stayed in Feb).

Rooms were very nice with a kitchenette, full sized fridge, and separate rooms. It was very close to Universal Studios, which was convenient for us because that's where we went for 2 days. Staff was friendly and helpful; one staff member allowed us to go back to the room after checkout to find a lost toy. One slight negative-my wife thought the beds were a little too hard (I thought they were fine). Overall, great stay! We'll look it up next time we stay in Orlando.

Family of 6 stayed for 5 days ...Arriving everything seemed great. But it all went down hill when checking in. The Front desk staff was not friendly he was not informative. I had to go back to find out where our room was actually located. Staff passed you by in the morning and not even a smile, good morning our for haven sake 'HI'. The room was big, but furniture need to be updated. Sheets and pillow where not clean. Bathroom was scary for a better word. Not until our final night the staff appear to be in a better mood. Now the location of the hotel was great and the price was affordable. That was the best part. I can maybe overlook some of the maintenance issue, but the staff really need better customer care training. On our final day a different staff was at the front desk and he was much more nicer. Breakfast was not all that great. Please get more that one toaster.
