Our whole pool area recently received new loungers and they are stunning! Who would rather be sunbathing here in Orlando on this beautiful Wednesday?

The weather is looking beautiful today with a high of 73F and 5mph winds, which is not windy at all. We're thinking it'll be a great day to be by the pool! #poolDay #Orlandovacation #Floridaweather

You cannot comprehend how good this hotel was! The hotel room looks like a legit apartment room. I had the best hotel food here and my choir became the #1 choir in the nation because we had a good rest in the room. You got your money's worth at this hotel!

Love this place. Rooms are large with seperated bedrooms and full kitchen. The water pressure in the shower is perfect as well. Free wifi is a huge plus and also the free two dribks per guest at the bar downstairs is something to take advantage of.

Came with a significant other. Lobby looks great. Bar has free drinks from 530-630 wed-fri. Rooms are bigger than expected but a little outdated. Beds are average. Clean rooms. It's an okay hotel for those on budget or for a temporary stay.

Room set up with a separate master bedroom and a pullout sofa in the main room was great for the needs of our family. The kitchen's large refrigerator and other kitchen small appliances made our stay easier to snack in the room. Needing extra sheets and a blanket had housekeeping at our room in less than 5 minutes. Great facility.

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Daytime staff differs greatly from nighttime staff in terms of professionalism. During the last 3 visits, each a year apart, the elevator was not functioning for all or part of our stay. Room cleanliness was mediocre. Our room was short a blanket and when we asked staff for an extra, they informed us they had no extras to give. The staff is not entirely security minded either. We observed some teens standing outside a room. A member of the cleaning staff came rolling by with her cart. The teens stated they were locked out of their room to which the staff member without any questions used her key and opened the room for them. There was no verification that the room they were trying to get into was theirs. This is undoubtedly unacceptable as people tend to store expensive items such as laptops, jewelry, gifts etc in their rooms. During those last 3 visits, the morning breakfast buffet selection was lack-luster at best and poorly attended to. Food and drink items were depleted quickly and not replaced within a suitable time frame. This left lines of people sitting around scrounging for scraps or waiting for items to be replaced. While we have stayed at this location a few times out of convenience and it's physical proximity to events we attend, our most recent visit will likely be ....our last.

We had a very nice weekend stay here recently. Check in was fast and easy, and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and professional. Suites show a bit of wear, but are obviously routinely maintained. Free breakfast was good, with a few hot options. Wifi was free and speeds were good, perhaps the best for a free hotel wifi option we've had recently.

We enjoyed a nice 2-night stay April 15-17. The hospitality and service is always very good and our comfort was fine. My only suggestion is to have the couch facing the TV in the suites because it is easier to sit and relax looking directly at the TV instead of side-ways. Breakfast both days were very busy compared to our stay in March....but it was sad that all salt shakers were missing from the tables on Sunday morning before we checked out. Not sure what happened there....but something for management to look into or possibly, furnish salt packets in the future instead. Otherwise, it was a clean and great experience as always!
