Bartender Jon Smolensky's Cumberland Sour will be featured in the second edition of "901 Very Good Cocktails: A Practical Guide." 

If you haven't been into Hawksworth Cocktail Bar lately to enjoy here's the recipe:
1 ¾ oz bourbon
½ oz nocino
¾ oz lemon juice
1 tsp maple syrup
1 egg white
2 dashes aromatic bitters

Dry shake to emulsify the egg white, add ice, shake again, and strain into a rocks glass containing one large ice cube. Garnish with more bitters.
