This is by far, one of the nicest lodging facilities you'll every stay in. We stayed one night while road tripping up the coast, and wished we'd had stayed at least one more. The staff is amazing, super nice, helpful, and make you feel right at home. The breakfast is something that you would expect to pay for at a decent restaurant. On some nights (I believe Thursday-Saturday nights) they do a cheese and wine tasting. Which is basically all you can eat and drink.(arrive early, so you don't miss out on the foods)Not to mention the complimentary wine, juice, and waters in the room...they even come around in the evenings and bring ice and water. The pool facilities looked amazing as well, heated outdoor, but we did not get the chance to use them. I will stay here again in the future, and they are working on adding what looks to be a very nice restaurant. If you have any doubts, don't.

Funny story - I was staying here for the night after my bestie's wedding, which took place up the road. The guy who officiated the wedding celebrated a little too much and couldn't remember where he was staying. The friendly night crew at Harvest Inn were so sweet. They called around to a few local hotels to see if he was registered anywhere close. (Mind you, this was close to 2 am). In the end, we could never find out where my drunk friend was staying, so the night staff gave me some extra bedding to put him on a pull out bed in my room. They were so friendly and helpful that I would love to rate Harvest Inn way above 5 stars! The rooms are cozy with huge bathrooms and baths that I could live in for days. The area around the Inn is also beautiful - almost like a little childhood storybook. I even went running early in the morning alongside lovely vineyards, and finished my run with a healthy complementary breakfast - complete with a mimosa. Definitely going back to the Inn soon!

I can't speak to the lodging as I had to cancel my trip. I can speak to their cancellation policy which is pretty lame. They charged me $35 for cancelling my reservation nearly 4 months in advance.

First time at the Inn last week-end. The grounds are beautiful, the main building great. My wife and I stayed in the back in one of the rooms with a hot tub overlooking the vineyard - again, very nice. The negative was the bed. Tooooooooooooooo SOFT. Had around 8 mattress covers on the mattress. If you prefer a firmer mattress, this is NOT the place for you. I mentioned this to the person who checked me out. Her comment, "That's too bad, those mattresses are brand new".

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! If I could give NO STARS, I would. My wife and I had a terrific weekend in Napa last weekend (really only had one day) bur stayed at Harvest Inn on Saturday night. First thing I would note is that if this property where anywhere but Napa you wouldn't expect to pay more than $89/nt (maybe $120 for a room with a hot tub). Not the $785 that we paid. I understand that some would call it quaint but I would call it dated! The lodge is OK but "wine bar" is inadequate compared to what is available in the area. So for the price, since you don't get great physical amenities you would think they would make it up in service. Not at all!! Firstly, they advertise an available driver into St. Helena . We tried to schedule a ride for dinner that night and they told us that they only the one driver and that he was booked for the whole evening so don't expect that convenience. The biggest issue was that at 4:00am, a loud alarm (not fire alarm) started sounding near our room and woke my wife and me. We waited for 20 minutes and then called the front desk and asked to have someone check on it. The woman at the front desk told me that she was the only person working but that she would check on it (I will avoid a discussion about an alleged "high-end" facility having only one person on staff for that number units). We waited 40 minutes and the alarm did not stop. I finally left our room and searched for the source. It ended up being and overheating alarm in a mechanical room next to the back of our unit. I called the front desk and told her. She said she had walked over by our unit and didn't hear anything (which meant that she hadn't been there). I told her that I had located the source and then she met me at the mechanical room and was finally able to shut off the alarm. It was 5:30am at this point. The worst part is that I mentioned it when I checked out and the person at the desk said that there was not note of the incident but that she would inform the Manager (Kevin) and have him call me. It has now been a week and I've left 3 messages for Kevin and have not received a return call. Unacceptable! I travel quite a bit and have had better service at low end motels in small towns than we received here.

Quiet, spacious living quarters, great grounds amazing wood work for the staircase lobby area, rustic brick fireplace in the rooms. Room 401. Nice view of inner court yard and pool. Be prepared to spend $20 with tip for a 6oz glass of red cabernet house wine which I ordered at the bar. I was thinking $8-$12. So a little surprised. But ask for a plastic glass and take it to the pool/hot tub. Planning massages today. Overall, happiness. ..
