For almost 10 years, Lydia has brought her dedicated, positive, bubbly and hardworking personality with her to Hartgrove! She displays excellent customer service on a daily basis, remains positive and professional, and has established an excellent working relationship with fellow Hartgrovers. Lydia is often credited with making her fellow coworkers laugh – one coworker stated that, “…she keeps the office in high spirits throughout her shift and is invaluable to our department.”
Thank you, Lydia, for being a rock star at Hartgrove and great example for all!

The World Health Organization (WHO) is putting a spotlight on depression for World Health Day. Every year on April 7, WHO chooses a cause that requires action and mobilization on a global level as a focus for the day. The last time a World Health Day theme focused on mental health was in 2001. It’s been 16 years of being pushed to the back burner while physical health dominated the stage. But today, depression is front-and-center—recognized and taken seriously.

A little inspiration from our CEO this week! Did you know Booker T. Washington rose to become the most influential spokesman for African-Americans of his day? He was an American educator, author, orator, and advisor to presidents of the United States. His words resonate with us and so many others to this day.
