Finding the place was very easy, it's just at the end of the street. I parked out front for check in, and got my room key. There's a parking lot out back that's free of charge for guests of the hotel, and I saw them reimberse somebody who paid at the ticket booth because they weren't aware, very nice of them. My room was very clean and had several amenities (iron + ironing board, hair dryer and a mini fridge), I also got a free upgrade to a king size bed when I booked a double, not sure why but I don't mind! The pools were all nice, but I found myself spending most of my time in the indoor hot tub. All in all, a great experience and I can't wait to come back again.

The hot springs are fabulous. Love the afternoon tea time. The view from our room was gorgeous. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The lady looking after our floor was wonderful and super sweet and extra helpful. We had an issue when we first checked in and the manager was very kind and dealt with it promptly. Great place to stay.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay here at the end of Aug 2016. The room was a bit dated but was fine none the less. Don't expect a 5* hotel but it's definitely worth the stay. The staff were friendly and we managed to get 3 rooms next to each other which was great. The breakfast buffet was really lovely as well with lots of variety of food. Now as for the pools, that's a bit of a different story. The water was really dirty and quite murky all 3 days we were there. I never saw any staff coming to clean any of the pools which made us a bit reluctant to go in the water. The inside deep pool and hot tub were nice and clean though. The night security guard that was on duty the days that we were there was an absolute jerk and walked around as if he was a cop wanting to enforce some imaginary rules he came up with. Definitely made us feel really uncomfortable and unable to relax. Overall though, we liked it and would definitely go back.

The location is awesome! Right beside the lake but away from the relatively busy area. The rooms are nicely cleaned and are non smoking. The staff are friendly but run on small town time, so please adjust your expectations appropriately

My husband I have stayed at Harrison Resort many times over the years. I actually started going to the resort with my parents when I was a teenager. As an adult, I stayed at Harrison many times with my husband and children. It was always a special treat to stay at Harrison, so I booked again to get the Harrison experience on my way to a medical appointment in Vancouver. We stayed only one night, November 16, 2016. We were hugely disappointed. The resort appears to have been neglected for a long time. The lobby hallways are still shiny and the staff members are welcoming, accommodating and competent, but the pools and the pool areas are dirty! The water in the not-very "hot" pool is filmy. There are loose tiles on the floor and the handrails into the round pool are showing signs of chemical reaction. They are discoloured and bumpy. I saw a guest spit a long, foamy, viscous goop onto the floor just behind people sitting in the pool. The plumbing in the women's change room was falling apart. There was not a single employee monitoring the pool areas. No one was cleaning anything or picking up the piles of wet towels from the change room floor. On all other trips, we used the pools several times a day. We couldn't get enough! This time, I felt dirty when I left the pool. I showered well and had no desire to return to the pools again. I also had developed an itchy rash on my legs! Our room was OK. The bedding was clean. We stayed at an economy motel in Burnaby the next night. It was clean! I am very sad that one of my favourite places in the world has been so badly neglected.

Have stayed here a number of times and always a pleasant experience. Very nice hotel and spa. The outdoor pools are great. The rooms are a bit outdated but otherwise quite nice. All the staff we've ever dealt with are friendly and professional. Make sure to find out everything that's available as there are afternoon teas and other things the hotel organizes for their guests.

Location is great, right next to the lake and shopping areas. Pools are nice and warm, even in winter with snow and sub zero temperature. Room is clean and bed is nice to sleep in. Lots of dining options at the resort and in the area, great food so far. Greatly enjoyed my experience, would recommend to others.

Beautiful hotel, great service from the valet to the front desk staff. The hot spring pool was amazing. Our room was fantastic! Great shower pressure. Modern facilities and amenities even in the older part of the hotel. Would definitely recommend and would stay again on a heartbeat
