This is my 3rd visit. The reason for this visit was to celebrate my birthday. I love the spa and pools are a favorite. The Lakeside cafe for breakfast is always excellent. The Island bar serves a wonderful assortment of martinis both my wife and I had excellent service. My only complaint is the noise levels from above and below from other guests was distracting and children running up and down the the halls. Rooms could use more sound proofing.

My husband and I stayed in the east wing (which are the newest rooms of the building) on the 7th floor for 2 nights. Upon arrival shortly before our check in time we were allowed to go up to our room. Our room was stocked with 6 towels, which is great because you need them for the pool and your showers. Unfortunately one towel had a weird stain on it, and our room had no pool robes provided, so we called down and within only a few short minutes they brought up extra towels and our robes! Very nice about it! We found that even though we were staying in the newest rooms of the hotel, it still seemed like it was on the verge of looking dated. But the hot spring pools make it worth the trade off. The king bed was fairly comfortable for myself being pregnant; sheets could've been softer. The WiFi kept disconnecting from my phone, but not my husband's. The movies to rent on the TV were all about 17.99!! Which I think is craazy expensive because it's not like paying for the theatre and getting a theatre experience. Next time I would bring some of my own movies on my laptop with an HDMI cable. We had dinner at the Copper Room and choose to eat from the fixed menu with your choice of entrée from a list of 4 or 5 options. Excellent time! Service was amazing and fancy, the band was SO good(The Jones Boys) and it was so nice to get up and dance on the dance floor whenever we liked during the meal! We also booked a couple's massage (they do have pregnancy pillows for a massage) and it was very relaxing. The hot spring pools should be monitored a little better especially in the indoor pool which has a big sign that says this place and pool are intended for quiet relaxation, and there is to be no jumping, or any disturbing behaviour, however kids were doing it all the time with nothing said by the staff. There's a big pool outside that seemed appropriate for that type of behaviour, but nothing was being said by the parents or staff which was really annoying. Overall we had a wonderful, nearly perfect time.

Really great place in the winter, have been thee durinv the time of year as well, it's a bit more relaxing when there is less tourists. I'm personally a Vegan and found it hard to get decent food with a bit more variety in the Harrison area, but that doesn't have anything to do with the resort or spa, just the area kn general. Pools are great, staff is kind, overall pretty easy place to unwind and get away from the city.

A nice resort but very dated. Went on a weekday but the place was still packed. It doesn't feel nearly as relaxing when the pools are jam packed. Very attentive staff and they do try to provide first class service, but the reality is that the place is quite old and can have a musky smell to it. Not a terrible choice, but there are better local getaways around.

The pools were great, clean, and not too busy. The room we had was in one of the new towers, but it did feel dated. It was clean and well kept, but things stood out like a lack of easy to get at light switches. The bed was comfortable if you stayed on your side, but it had an odd raised lump in the middle. It took us a bit to realize that was the level of the bed when new and the sides we were sleeping on were divots from use. The resort itself is great, and well worth 4 stars, but the rooms could use some updating.

Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. Room in the west tower was fine. The pools themselves were lovely, but everything around the pool was littered with discarded cups from the pool bar. Staff was non-existant. Where make us all wear these stupid wristbands if there is nobody enforcing the silly things!

Lovely location and resort. Lots of hot springs, pools, and great dining (The Copper Room is so lovely and had great music). Our room in West tower was nice though it felt a bit dated and lots of the lights make a buzzing sound. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
