Okay so this is what happened to Galileo as well...

Bill Gross has founded a lot of startups, and incubated many others — and he got curious about why some succeeded and others failed. So he gathered data from hundreds of companies, his own and other people's, and ranked each company on five key factors. He found one factor that stands out from the others — and surprised even him.

Dedicated to my awesome geologist friends                        "Oh stone you that are forever and                      yet slowly sifting through the sieve of time like the grains of sand squeezing their way              inside the hourglass.. no way out ...

What is a Milky Way Kiwi
A. The kiwi There is a kiwi at the center of our Galaxy! Kiwis, in small caps, are flightless birds, endemic to New Zealand. Which is why (I'm thinking), for the majority of people, you either have to be from New Zealand or have friends there, to remotely ...

All over the planet, giant telescopes and detectors are looking (and listening) for clues to the workings of the universe. At the INK Conference, science writer Anil Ananthaswamy tours us around these amazing installations, taking us to some of the most remote and silent places on Earth.

And the stones become stars. The beautiful Maori story of Tama Rereti and why we have a starry sky as I remember it from talking to people, this is my favourite story about stars of all times.

Introduction

I have been fascinated by the stars ever since I can rememeber being alive. Then I found out that most of our great stories are linked to them one way or another, and life too ...
So I become a StarryTeller because I wanted to know why that was!

My technical expertise draws from the biological sciences field, I use that to support science education and dream of space. My wild rabbit has always been curiosity ...

If I could wish for the humankind, I wish that all people could follow their dreams. This is not a given yet but I choose hope, and my faith that telling our success stories makes the difference.

I also wish to share my belief that culture is merely a set of instructions handed down from our ancestors for generations, to ensure our best survival. That culture, shaped by geographical constraints is not a reason to start a war. I know that extinct is forever and I could see that progress can only be achieved if we share the knowledge.

More than anything I wish people could realise that we are really made of stardust.
