New Taxonomy category with 10 workflow actions have been added in a new version of HarePoint Workflow Extensions. The workflow activities from this category allows to create and manage terms, groups and term sets in SharePoint Taxonomy Term Store.

A new version of +HarePoint HelpDesk for SharePoint has been released!

In the new version of HarePoint HelpDesk:

A new 15.7 version contains the following improvements:
- new option in grid interface to answer post to multiple tickets simultaneously;
- reports by responsible person now with Support Group filter;
- technicians can now post to tickets via email with a settings for allowing this only for responsible techs or for any tech;
