Jason is an excellent trainer: knowledgeable, responsible and very supportive. When you work with him you will work your butt off. But he knows what he's doing and you will be happy with your results. He's not dogmatic in his approach to fitness and will listen to you and work with you at your level. He is just what I needed to get back in shape.

I've been training with Jason for a month now and notice a substantial change in my body. I've lost 14 pounds in a little over a month and feel great! I'm not an athletic person but I finally have some tone and definition. Everyone has been commenting on how good I look. In addition, Jason is a great guy. I spent almost 9 months with Jason and he took me from not knowing anything about myself and my body to being able to find my limits, plan my workouts and organize my eating. I gained muscle, lost fat and took control of a problem that I had spent way too long ignoring. Thanks Jason!

I started training with Jason about 3 months ago. The amount of progress that both I and others have seen since then is nothing short of amazing. I gained almost 20 lbs of mass and have seen a dramatic increase in my strength and stamina. Jason is a excellent trainer who knows exactly how to challange you to get your best results. Thanks to Jason I also learned how important one's diet is on the path to getting a better physique. He is extremely knowlegeable in all of the ins and outs of fitness and nutrition. It's my first time trying personal training and I have definitely got way more than I expected, Jason's method totally changed what I thought about fitness and health. Through these 5 months training, I sincerely enjoy each session with him, there are different movements every time and I look forward to challenging myself with something new and feel really good after every session. Jason is a one-of-a-kind personal trainer. Our training sessions are constantly changing and the exercises vary session to session, which constantly challenges me and moves me towards my goals. Even more than our training, Jason developed a nutrition and supplement program for me to help maximize my results. He teaches you not just what to do--but why you are doing it. Since I've been working with Jason for the past three months, I've lost almost 20 pounds, gone down 2 suit sizes and feel better and better each day. It's hard work, but Jason has set me up on a long-term, sustainable program.
