It's my first time trying personal training and I have definitely got way more than I expected, Jason's method totally changed what I thought about fitness and health. Through these 5 months training, I sincerely enjoy each session with him, there are different movements every time and I look forward to challenging myself with something new and feel really good after every session. I feel stronger, happier, more positive and confident. If you are looking for someone to take you to the next level in your overall fitness goal, Jason is the person. Jason is a fantastic trainer. What separated Jason from the pack was his knowledge of supplements. In addition to pushing me at the gym, he gave really solid advice about what proteins to take in and when to take them, which allowed me to have some great gains over the summer. Thanks Jason!

Jason is a one-of-a-kind personal trainer. Our training sessions are constantly changing and the exercises vary session to session, which constantly challenges me and moves me towards my goals. Even more than our training, Jason developed a nutrition and supplement program for me to help maximize my results. He teaches you not just what to do--but why you are doing it. Since I've been working with Jason for the past three months, I've lost almost 20 pounds, gone down 2 suit sizes and feel better and better each day. It's hard work, but Jason has set me up on a long-term, sustainable program. I've been training with Jason for a month now and notice a substantial change in my body. I've lost 14 pounds in a little over a month and feel great! I'm not an athletic person but I finally have some tone and definition. Everyone has been commenting on how good I look. In addition, Jason is a great guy. Jason started training me in September 2013, in 6 months I lost 30lbs. Losing weight has always been a struggle for me. I've had many trainers in the past, none of them giving me results like working with Jason has. He listens to your goals and provides effective workouts, supplement advice and meal coaching. Jason is one of the best trainer's I've ever had! He is the real deal! I've been looking for a good trainer & that's when I found Jason! We met & I explained to him my goals. He told me how many sessions I would need to reach my goal, he made a plan for me & we went from there! I started training two times a week. This is my 9th week & I have lost 35 pounds!! I went from a size 40 to a size 36 in waist. I follow his nutrition guide & have been taking the supplements he told me about. I am also doing his amazing work outs. It's been the best investment I have made in my life! I have had two trainers before him & I did not see any results with them. Thank God I found Jason! He is the best trainer in NYC!
