Launch of the Audit of Political Engagement 10

6:30pm, Wednesday 15th May
Portcullis House, Westminster
Register here: http://audit10.eventbrite.co.uk/

The Audit of Political Engagement is the only annual health check on our democratic system. Now in its 10th year, each Audit measures the ‘political pulse’ of the nation, providing a unique benchmark to gauge public opinion across Great Britain with regard to the political system.

This year’s figures examine the public’s propensity to vote, their satisfaction levels with MPs and how they view the effectiveness of Parliament. Audit 10 also looks in greater detail at how the public think about politics, how complex they perceive it to be, and what impact this has both on how they view education about politics and their priorities for political reform.

Introduction
The Hansard Society is the UK's leading independent, non-partisan, political research and education charity. At the heart of our work is the principle that civic society is most effective when its citizens are connected with the institutions and individuals who represent them in the democratic process.
