Do you see any mold growing on it? green or blue/black fuzzy stuff?
If you I would toss the whole thing / if not just the tea.
But when you start a new batch you will need to use white vinegar
because you don't have any start liquid.

I've seen here and there on the net that people are selling Kombucha extract. I make the Kombucha myself and I'm looking on any tutorials or DIY for making the KT extract but can find none. Do you know anything about this? Thanks, Laura R.
