My salesman Craig Alemand, has been my salesman since 1994. This is our second Toyota. We recently purchase a 2016 RAV4. The experience at Hampton was great. Craig was wonderful to deal with and always makes us feel like family. He better, he's my son. Lots of his customers feel the same way

Jon Haynes is the best! Very good listener & not pushy at all and best experience you could ever have with a sales guy! This is my 2nd purchase with Jon and I always leave feeling very satisfied with my purchase. He's very easy-going and is very knowledgeable about the cars. The dealership is awesome to work with. I've used the service dept. to maintain my previous car and I must say they're the best as well. I don't believe I'll ever go anywhere else to shop for a car. Thank you Jon & thank you Hampton Toyota for superb service!

My old car/A.C. was on the fritz and in the middle of Louisiana summer with a small baby, I could not afford to have an unreliable car. I drove straight to Toyota to see what I could do. Craig and all of the sales ppl at Hampton Toyota were especially helpful and friendly. Craig went out of his way to make sure I was able to leave with a new car that day! He did not have to put forth so much extra effort, but I am so thankful that he did. Great job, awesome car! Thanks again!

EDITED 5/30/2016 It has been 5 months since my last review. I was not contacted by anyone at Hampton Toyota as reflected in their response. This appears to be a canned response to every complaint. This did not surprise me due to multiple poor experiences with their customer service. I am very disappointed and will not buy another vehicle at Hampton Toyota. ORIGINAL REVIEW I purchased a new 2014 Rav4 in March 2014. A few months later my navigation system stopped working. My vehicle location will be miles away in another town. This has been a recurring problem since I purchased the vehicle. I have brought the vehicle to the Hampton Toyota service department 10 times in the past 1.5 years. The service department has calibrated the navigation numerous times and initially after calibration the system is operational. A few weeks later it will stop working again. The SIM card and then the antenna were replaced but the system stopped working weeks later. I was previously told the next step would be to replace the entire system but when I brought my vehicle in this Monday for the 10th time it was only recalibrated. The service department is very dismissive, continues to say it is working and seems to be under the impression it is user error. When I googled the issue, I quickly found a Rav4 forum where other customers have the same problems with their GPS. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and dismissive nature from Hampton Toyota.

A huge thank you to Hampton and the Sales team. Everyone was so nice and friendly during the entire process. The Internet Manager Robie Choate guided me through every step of the process, which made it very comforting as I was very nervous. He even called to follow up and make sure that I was enjoying my new Camry. I would give him 10 STARS if I could. It will not be long before my husband is in the market for a new truck, and Robie will be the man we see!! Keep on doing what y'all are doing!! THANKS AGAIN!!!!!! :)

About a month ago I inquired about a Rav4 that had been posted on the internet. I was contacted by a very polite and kind man named Todd Starks. We discussed the usual over the phone including wiggle room on the price. Being I would be driving in from Moss Bluff, La, Todd answered all of my questions over the phone. We set up a day for me to come in and test drive. After the test drive Todd went over the vehicle with me and we went inside to talk about pricing. That is when it all went south. Todd introduced me to a man that stood behind a tall counter and he didn't even bother to step down from his throne to greet us in anyway. I believe he may have been the internet sales manager. His demeanor was nothing short of unpleasant. When Todd and I mentioned the "wiggle room" on pricing he immediately stated unprofessionally that the price was $XXXXX and it was not going to change. The look on Todd's face was of surprise and embarrassment. There were other things said by this man, I won't go into the entire conversation but it cost Todd a sale. Todd, apologized, we shook hands and I thanked Todd for his time and I left. The issue here is not only did that man cost Todd but the dealership a sale. The way he treated Todd (like he was a 3 year old) was uncalled for. I'm still in the market for a vehicle and would purchase from Todd any day of the week if it weren't for the man behind that counter representing your dealership. That 1 star is for a genuinely kind Salesman, Thank you Todd!
