Service is good and nice people to deal with. I got a very good quote from them for camry but in the end I went with civic as my personal preference. I recommend them If anyone looking for a Toyota in Lafayette.

Bought my car from them. Nice people. I think I got a good deal, they didn't try to swindle me, so that's a plus. Loved the free popcorn while getting my oil changes!

On 12/7/16 my wife took our Rav 4 into Hampton to have the radio/nav looked at. Latosha Lantier waited on her, and seemed pleasant. It had stopped working and kept cycling trying to reboot with no success. She left the Rav and went to work, which worked out with her. While she was at work she received a call from Hampton on her cell, thinking they were done fixing it she answered it. It was one of the salesmen trying to sell her a new car instead. So later that day they call to tell her they are done and the Head-unit is bad, which is basically the brain. She arrives to pick up her car, Latosha Lantier, the assistant service manager, informs her they will have to get with Toyota for pricing on a new unit, they didn't have one because the car was so new. We received no call nor was a call returned when we called to see if they had pricing yet! Surely it couldn't take that long!! On Tuesday 12/20 after no communication I have some time in the morning, I took the Rav to Musson Patout in New Iberia. They confirm the head unit is bad. I ask for a price, they could not give me a price immediately but would call once they had it. Approximately 4 hours later, Brent called to give me pricing on a new unit and a re-furbished unit. I tell him i will discuss which one we will go with. By Thursday 12/22, we have decide to go with the new unit and we inform Musson Patout. They ordered it and on Thursday 12/29 they installed it. Hats off to Musson Patout for this being resolved in less than 2 weeks. As of 1/3/17, after many documented attempts to reach Latosha Lantier, I reached out to Service Manager Tom Jardell. After leaving several messages and being told he would call me back over several days, which he did not do. I attempted to reach Jami Cormier, i was informed she is out for the day. I have wasted enough time on Hampton. We have tried to do business with Hampton on several occasions throughout the years, it would be much easier to do business locally! All we needed was a call with a price!!! Musson Patout is well worth the 40 min drive!!

Go else where to buy a vehicle.... customer service is horrible, and they are very dishonest people. They try to push the slogan that they are the number one Toyota dealer in Acadiana. Last time I checked... they're the only one. Easy to make that claim huh?? Our 2009 Camry was burning oil at an astonishing rate. Didn't receive a recall on that one. Too much of and expense and inconvenience for Toyota. They rather "fix" certain recalls.

Mr. Haynes was my salesman. The people are awesome and it's partially my fault since I didn't pay attention, but I was never corrected once in our conversation. I traded in my 14 FR-S (at the time was only thinking about doing so) towards a 16. They tried to sell me the special edition, but it was a bit out of my price range for the note. Apparently they ended up selling me a 15, I even mentioned when they got the car in from the other dealership that I thought the 16s came with the back up camera and the new radio set up and he just said that it wasn't in this one. Severely disappointed, I legitimately was considering about trading this one in in the future and buying another vehichle from them because they were so nice, but I be damn if I'm going to give my money to them again. I will pay as much on this one as quick as possible and trade it in elsewhere. Regrettably I'm stuck with it for the time being even though I'm tempted to flip myself upside down. I almost went to Ford when I was getting the new vehichle too, lesson learned. Update I was told to contact someone there, however I've left three messages over the last week and a half with no calls back.

My old car/A.C. was on the fritz and in the middle of Louisiana summer with a small baby, I could not afford to have an unreliable car. I drove straight to Toyota to see what I could do. Craig and all of the sales ppl at Hampton Toyota were especially helpful and friendly. Craig went out of his way to make sure I was able to leave with a new car that day! He did not have to put forth so much extra effort, but I am so thankful that he did. Great job, awesome car! Thanks again!
