Facilities were fantastic. Would have been five stars had they not messed the reservation. Initial service was poor to resolve their mistake, the rep actually made it a point to be difficult. Then Lynn arrived to actually problem solve and found that central reservation made a mistake as I suggested. It was there to see had the original rep choose to care about the guest experience. Some small issues lingered during our stay due to the initial mistake (locked out of our room b/c they did not reset our keys). Again, facilities saved the day.

My Husband and I stayed here Feb 14-18 2016. The staff was so helpful, needed a cork screw- no problem. room upgrade- no problem, forgot a fork with my brown bag dinner in town...staff took care of that too. The rooms were very clean and comfy, the pool/hot tub clean, lobby always clean. breakfast was great, last morning we slept late and didn't get there until they were taking things down, they didn't mind us showing up at 10am. The beach was perfect. Great time of year to visit.

Great place to stay in the Perdido Beach area. The beach is lovely, not to mention close by with easy access. The view from the work out room is breath taking. Our room was beach side with a balcony and we loved spending time watching the ocean and sunset. We had to catch an early flight, so we missed the breakfast, but the eating area looked modern and relaxing too. We will be back and must say the parking garage was awesome and allowed for easy loading and unloading. Shout out to the friendly staff!

We decided to make a last-minute spring break trip. We searched and found the Hampton Inn online. Reservations were very easy the price was reasonable and we have been more than delighted once we got here. The room is nice and clean the beach front balcony is great for looking at the water. The continental breakfast is a step above the usual continental breakfast at most hotels offer these days. It is well stocked and tasty. If we come back to Orange Beach we will stay here again.

Room was very nice. Free coffee and tea 24/7. Direct access to the beach and a nice pool. I recommend NOT going during busy times like Spring Break. The elevator is slow and with teenagers playing on it, it makes it worse. The stairs aren't convenient they take you into the parking garage instead of the lobby. Not a huge issue just kind of weird. We'd stay here again.

Fabulous Hotel. Very nice. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Continental breakfast was great and coffee was good. Definitely a recommended stay and will be coming back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for shopping and dining. And the room was good but not great. It's the usual hotel room. The pool is outdoor and indoor, and heated. My rating would be about 4 out of 5 stars.

The first time we came to this hotel was last year. We love it here. The only reason I am not givein it 5 stars is because we decided to come 1 day early and they added the day on to our stay because our room was open. The down fall of my story is that when we first booked our rate per night was $230 for a double queen bed suite. When we added the extra night our room rate went up to $265 a night because the extra day we added on was a holiday. We called on our trip to the hotel and nobody acted like they wanted to help so we waited until we got to the hotel. When we got to the hotel I proceed to explain to them. Luckily my wife had both emails so we had proof of our rate before the added day. At first they said that it was because the added day was a holiday. I told them I understood that it was more for the first day because of that, but it should have not changed the other nights that were previously scheduled. They said they would fix it so we will see when we check out.
