Great hotel. Felt completely safe there with my family. Rooms, hallways, main gathering areas (pool, lobby, breakfast area) were all clean, no smelly areas. Very nice place. The beach side views were great. One good sign was there was a business conference complete with vendors there while we stayed. That is a sign of a good hotel You won't find that at the walmart-tier hotels. It is totally worth it spending a little more $$ to avoid the dump economy hotels. My only issue was the internet was not great, but I didn't really need to get on it much.

Perfect location, friendly staff, very clean, good breakfast. It had a great pool and activities for little ones. Excellent beach access. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Only thing I didn't like were the stairs to the beach as they were crazy steep.

Great place to stay in the Perdido Beach area. The beach is lovely, not to mention close by with easy access. The view from the work out room is breath taking. Our room was beach side with a balcony and we loved spending time watching the ocean and sunset. We had to catch an early flight, so we missed the breakfast, but the eating area looked modern and relaxing too. We will be back and must say the parking garage was awesome and allowed for easy loading and unloading. Shout out to the friendly staff!

Being that a huge concert was going on in the nearby area, the area was swarming with people, but the Hampton Inn remained very clean, professional and had fast service. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, great continental breakfast, and great location. The hotel is kept up very well, and the staff is very polite and helpful. Great access to the beach, and the pool area is very comfortable.

Facilities were fantastic. Would have been five stars had they not messed the reservation. Initial service was poor to resolve their mistake, the rep actually made it a point to be difficult. Then Lynn arrived to actually problem solve and found that central reservation made a mistake as I suggested. It was there to see had the original rep choose to care about the guest experience. Some small issues lingered during our stay due to the initial mistake (locked out of our room b/c they did not reset our keys). Again, facilities saved the day.

Room was very nice. Free coffee and tea 24/7. Direct access to the beach and a nice pool. I recommend NOT going during busy times like Spring Break. The elevator is slow and with teenagers playing on it, it makes it worse. The stairs aren't convenient they take you into the parking garage instead of the lobby. Not a huge issue just kind of weird. We'd stay here again.

So, I am giving this hotel 1 star.... and I wasn't even given the opportunity to stay. I had a reservation that was booked by my boss months in advance of our stay. Just two days before my stay I wanted to call and make sure my reservation was verified to ensure the quality of my experience. I had been told by friends, family, and co workers that I would enjoy my time at the hotel. Unfortunately, calling was a mistake, after being put on a run around for 45 minutes to try and find the reservation, they took the liberty of saying word for word, "Well, since "She" [my boss] is not checking in, we're just going to cancel your reservation.".... Now keep in mind, all we were doing is just CHANGING THE NAME on the reservation. I can't explain my disappointment to have my reservation rudely handled as well as canceling my trip that I have been planning for months....
