"What a wonderful place! Everyone was incredibly friendly, the hotel was beautiful, the view was breathtaking!Order some drinks, play on the beach, swim in the pool and enjoy. The crowd was an age range of 30-50, and families. Not a huge party atmosphere. But it was very relaxing having drinks lounging by the pool and soaking up the ocean air." -- Tina | Hotels.com; 8/17/15

very friendly staff, clean rooms Great breakfast I mean there is so much to say about our hotel stay and experience I would stay in it again I recommend this hotel on your next visit to Orange beach. they always had towels for you after you got out of the pool and cant say the tiki bar drinks were great as well. I had my family so we needed an extra bed I asked for it and in like 2 minuets I had it in my room with clean sheets and everything. you couldn't ask for better service then that

Went out to the Hampton Inn. This place is a hidden gem. Free breakfast! I made waffles and they had cheese omelets with sausage patties. Convenient location grocery store across the street. And restaurants up and down the strip. I recommend docs seafood and francos Italian. Very good food at both places. The room was clean the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked on a remote digital thermostat so setting the air was easy. The balcony was great for mornings and evenings. The beach is private and blue blue clear clean water. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed here for four days last week on my family's first time ever going to Orange Beach. Hard to beat this hotel for price, location, service and value. The complimentary breakfast every morning was great. Beach access was superb. The staff seemed friendly and on top of things. My only (mild) complaints are (1) the pool area could have been watched better by staff, as some kids got a bit rowdy and (2) I don't understand why you needed your room key card to open the door from the pool to the restrooms. Not having your card meant you had to walk around and drip water everywhere in the lobby

We had a very nice one night stay here. Stopped on the way home from Florida to Arkansas, and the sunrise with dolphins off the balcony were just fantastic. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were spot on. We will be going back to spend more time.

This is a great hotel for our family's stay during the last week of July !! The hotel is beachfront and in a great location between Gulf Shores and Pensacola. Across the street are shopping strips with good restaurants for lunch or dinner. Also within walking distance are Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart. So very convenient even if you don't have a car. The hotel itself looks great - open layouts with new modern colorful furniture and tasteful decorations throughout. Step into the lobby and you feels like you are at a resort - and not a typical Hampton Inn. I traveled thru out the US for a living and this is the best Hampton Inn I have stayed at !! We got a double queen beachfront room on the fifth floor away from the elevator - which can be noisy during breakfast time and late night when people are coming/going. The room looks new and very clean. It's smartly decorated as the hotel and is right-sized - neither big nor small - enough to accommodate all 4 of us comfortably. It has a small frig and microwave - small frig is cold enough to freeze my ice packs when I put them in the top shelf. The free breakfast is usually a busy affair especially at peak times - around 8:30 AM. Hot foods are typically pretty good with scrambled eggs or omelettes with sausages. There are fruits, yogurts, bagels, toasts, muffins, cereals, etc.. But, the most popular are the waffles. My only complaint would be that the hotel need to have more than 2 waffle stations since the line can get long - expect 15-20 minutes at peak times. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Our room was always tidy up nicely by the time we returned back in the afternoon. Even during those busy breakfast, staff members quickly replenished foods w/o complaints, clearing out tables for next guests in efficient manner, and cheerful asked you for drinks you like like coffee or juices. Front desks folks are very courteous and always quick with a smile when helping you with questions for anything. Overall, this is a great hotel for a family vacation with good values !! Would we stay here again ?? Definitely in a heartbeat !!

Great hotel on the beach. Our room, while a little small, (we weren't there much anyway) had a great little balcony overlooking the water, a mini fridge and microwave so we could have some drinks and snacks. Very clean and the staff are very friendly.

Worst experience ever. I arrived late on a Friday after traveling all day and the lady at the desk told me there was a fan in my room because the carpet had been cleaned. Don't ever fall for this line. If someone says there's a fan in the room go somewhere else and ask for your money back. When I asked for another room she said they were completely booked. It turns out the carpeting surrounding the air conditioning unit was completely soaked. The maintenance guy came up and vacuumed but to no avail. The lady at the front desk would not rebook me or refund my money. There is a sign on the desk that says if you are not completely satisfied you don't have to pay. It is 100% BS. I have no idea how long this leak has existed. There could be mold in the room as well. Do not ever stay here. I paid over $220 per night for a room that had a known maintenance problem and they booked me in the room because I was the last guy to check in. Totally unacceptable.
