Firstly we want to thank you for the opportunity to serve you and for allowing us the opportunity to address your concerns.
I understand from a prior conversation you were very happy with your crew and the services we provided but were upset by the difference between the phone quote and the final billed charges. Hall-Lane always recommends an onsite visit to be performed by one of our sales consultants. This visual review of the items to be moved and conditions associated with the move allows us to provide the best opportunity for an accurate estimate. We understand that your situation prevented the opportunity for an onsite estimate.
Our goal is to always provide the best service at a fair price. I’m sorry that your phone quote was not as accurate as we both would have hoped for and we hope you understand that your quote was based on the information provided by you and our sales consultant’s interpretation of that information.
As a gesture of good will I will be forwarding a $100 restaurant.com coupon which you can use at many area restaurants. I hope you will accept my apologies in the spirit offered and my thanks for taking the time to inform us of your concerns.
