I'd like to start by saying that Anthony was very polite, non-pushy, and worked really hard to address our needs. I don't have any complaints for him, but I do for what I received. I researched online and finally found a Countryman that had all the features my wife and I wanted. We drove 2 hours to get this countryman and test drove it and ended up buying it. After a week of driving it around we found that many of the features mentioned in the online car ads (autotrader, haddad online inventory) were not present in the car. Tallying up all the missing features equated to a little over 2k missing. I talked to Anthony whom said there really wasn't much he could do. He texted me the car sticker (which lists less features, but still has some that we are missing) and showed me a disclaimer that said it was our responsibility to check whether they are accurate with what they list. Understandably, maybe part of this is our mistake, but things like rain sensor's and auto-dimming mirrors, how are you suppose to test these things on a road test? Also I feel it is the dealership's mistake if they list things that are not consistent from online ads to sticker on car, to actual car. If mistakes like these are found, I feel a good dealer would reimburse you for the mistakenly listed items.

We're very sorry the description wasn't correct regarding every feature on your car. We use a third party service that automatically generates our vehicle descriptions (most dealerships use a service like this). Usually it's completely accurate but every now and then there's a glitch in their system and that seems to be what happened with your vehicle. This is why we have the disclaimer you mentioned - it's for these rare occasions. We went over the paperwork on your purchase again and we're confident that you got a great deal on your car with all of the options you drove away with. We based your car's price on market value within a hundred mile radius of our dealership, not its features - and your price was actually below market value. We understand that you're disappointed but because the price was so competitive originally, we don't have the option for a price adjustment. It's a beautiful car - we know you got a great deal on a great car and hope that you'll enjoy it for a long, long time. Unfortunately I am very frustrated by the lack of service and run around that I have gotten from Haddad. It is too bad because they are the closest Toyota dealer and now I have to go to Springfield. I have made three appointments to have the same problem fixed. The first time I was charged, the second and third time simply told that is was a big job and they didn't do it. I have an insurance appraiser waiting for the info needed and they just wasted a whole afternoon to tell me they didn't do anything to the car. It is beyond frustrating. I tried to reschedule and was promised a call back.....never got that. So that is it.....Haddad you have just lost a good customer.

Found myself in a huge bind and the folks at Haddad went above and beyond the call of duty for me. My car broke down en-route to a camping trip and Chris in the service department did everything possible in his power to get me on the road as quick as possible. He kept a mechanic around after hours to do as much of the prep work as they could before the parts needed for my repair arrived in the morning. He lowered my car,mid service, so i could grab something I forgot out of my car. He offered to shuttle me around in the Toyota Van and even made recommendations on motels and restaurants I should go to while I waited overnight for my repairs to be completed. He bumped my car up to the front of the line for service in the morning. The only thing he couldn't do for me was finagle it so my repairs were covered under warranty... I guess he gets points for integrity too. Very friendly and professional crew. I hope to never return as that would mean I had a repeat breakdown but I would recommend it to anyone I know or meet from the area.

I have had my Toyota Prius serviced at four different Toyota dealers, in three states, during the 10 years I have owned my car: Haddad is far and away the best! I drive 25 miles each way, to go to Haddad, because they are so good. I have never once had any trouble, and am extremely grateful for how quickly I can get appointments, how confident I feel in the advice and service my car receives. The entire service team, and esp. Angie Tanner, are a true pleasure to work with. Worth every extra mile I drive, to take my car to a place where I feel like I matter, and, I really trust the service my car receives. Thank you, Angie and Haddad Service!

I have only had great experiences at Haddad's My husband and I both bought our vehicles there and only go there for service. Chris and Angie have been fantastic! They are honest with you and don't try to sell you something your vehicle doesn't need. They are happy to work around your hectic schedule and arrange a ride somewhere if you need to leave your car there. I definitely recommend Haddad's!

It all went very well: Chris knew his stuff and was very nice to deal with. The work was done as they said it would be (and the bill was less than I expected). Nobody tried a hard sell on anything, and I certainly appreciated that. The "drive me home pick me up" service was a great help. All in all a very satisfactory experience.
