I had an amazing experience with Miguel at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk! If you are looking for a car I highly recommend buying through him. I am a new college grad, and this was my first time buying a new car. After test-driving 6 different cars at 6 dealerships, I had the best test-driving experience with Miguel, by far. He knew I was not ready to buy, but he still treated me with respect, thoroughly went over the features of the car, and did not pressure me to buy that day, where other dealerships were disrespectful because I am young. When it finally came time to buy the car I liked the best (Honda Accord), I knew I wanted to buy from him. I was able to get a great deal on the car I wanted, and they found me the exact color/make/model. Miguel was also very flexible with my schedule and found times that worked for me, even offering to drive me to the airport so I could get the paperwork signed before leaving for vacation! He went above and beyond, and I would absolutely recommend him and Herb Chambers to family and friends! (PS I LOVE my new car, thanks, Miguel!)

Herb Chambers has one of the best Customer Service. No other dealership compares. Excellent customer service and with the a quick response team.The general manager Scott Birtles and John Henrique was very responsive and listen to what we wanted and understood what we were looking for. Our family was please with the service we received and are happy owners of a new pilot. We would recommend this place to our friends and family!! Exceptional people such as John and Scott makes us want to continue to purchase our cars from Herb Chambers. We have been a loyal customer since 2000 and very pleased!!

I recently bought a 2012 Honda Accord from herb chambers of seekonk. It was not the first place i went, but it certainly was the last place i stopped. Everyone was so incredibly helpful and nice. I absolutely love my car! But me getting the car wouldnt of happened if it were't for Rancier Matos. He helped me find the perfect car, the exact car i wanted. He didnt put any pressure on me to buy it or anything like that. When i decided i wanted to purchase the car he was incredibly helpful, from the financing and getting me approved which was no small feat. To getting the car registered in conneticut for me and gettting all the packages i wanted on the car. Even coming in on his off day so I could get my car a day earlier! I honestly couldnt be happier. Thanks to everyone there at Herb chambers Seekonk for your kindness and help and a big thank you to my Sales Rep Rancier Matos! Sincerely Jason Dauphinais

I'm a little late in writing this review but my wife and I bought 2 cars (2015 Accord and 2015 CRV) from Herb Chambers at Seekonk about 2 weeks ago and absolutely loved our experience! We both knew for about 2 months we needed new cars since we will be commuting from MA soon and also have a newborn, but I was hesitant as I absolutely HATE the car buying experience and always feel that I'm getting screwed over. My wife and I knew we wanted Honda's so we surveyed local friends, family, and co-workers in the area on a good dealership nearby. We heard great things about Herb Chambers but also had a couple friends with a positive buying experience at Metro Honda in Johnston. Since Johnston is closer to us we checked Metro out first. MISTAKE. We went to Metro and had a nice young boy helping us but when it came time to talk about price, they required my debit card just to hold so they knew we were "serious" about buying a car. Also they never talked about APR and was focusing on monthly payments, never going over the actual total cost of the car. When the sale wasn't progressing as they thought, the manager popped out from behind the scenes with a classic pinky signet ring, rolex watch, and spray on tan. We didn't come to an agreement as they wouldn't even negotiate a fair price. The manager literally used the catch phrase, "What do I need to do to get you in a new car today?"! When we left I really wanted to give the initial salesman a chance so told him to think about our offer and give us a call. He didn't call us until today! Two weeks after we showed up! I just think it's really funny because we were dead set on buying 2 new cars if the price was right. Anyways, the next day we went over to Herb Chambers and my wife and I were just floored at the level of customer service. Cliff was our sales associate and could not have been more approachable, friendly, and just easy to talk to. Cliff knew we went to another dealer the day before so he skipped the small talk and we quickly moved onto their offer. Their initial offer was exactly what I imagined as fair price which was incredible (and to be honest, was actually lower than what I expected to pay). There was some negotiating with the value of our trade-ins which we may have over-valued but none of the back and forth ever felt like negotiating. It was more of a reasonable, free-flowing conversation. I truly felt like Cliff was looking out for the best interest of my wife, my son, and myself. His shift was supposed to end at 3pm, but he stayed until 9pm that night just to get everything squared away with us! He even called us 2 days later feeling us he mailed our registrations by priority mail and also called again a few days later just thanking us for choosing Herb Chambers! Again, I can't say enough great things about the staff there; from Cliff in sales, Emilio in finance, and even the gentlemen who was handing out free ice cream bars (which are free in the summer for all customer! Awesome, right?) And like I said, I was skeptical with the whole car buying process and after my experience at Metro, I wasn't looking forward to going to another dealership, and leaving with that dirty feeling inside. But the night before coming here, I read all these glowing reviews about Herb Chambers. I must have read about 50 reviews. All glowing, and the GM, Scott Birtles replies to almost every single review, good or bad! And not only that, after I was leaving with our 2 new cars at 9pm at night (9 hours after we walked into the door), Scott was still there, working as hard as all the other sales associates. Now that is dedication to customer service. I got a chance to actually meet Scott in person and what a wonderful man. He is somehow nicer in person than what you read from his reviews. I have already told everyone I know about the positive buying experience here at Herb Chambers. I would buy another new car here again in a heart beat, and take an ice cream bar for the road :)

After nearly ten years with my old car, it was finally time to give up on fixing it and buy a newer car. I wasn't really looking forward to the whole car shopping experience. After going to a couple other dealerships, I'm glad I ended up here. They had the car I wanted for the price I wanted. Every employee I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. The sales consultant that worked with me was John Mitchell and he was great. He was very up front with everything regarding the price. He got me all the car history information I asked for. I had a service concern with the car, so I was given a voucher to come back and have the vehicle looked at and if anything was wrong it would be fixed at no cost to me. They even took my very old, very used trade in for a fair price considering the condition that it was in. Even going through financing was quick and painless. I can't remember the name of the man who did my financing, but he was great and even remembered me when I came back the following week, which is impressive considering how many people were there. Overall, I had a good experience here and would recommend this dealership. The service is excellent and I'm very happy with my new car.

Been getting blown off on getting my seat belt fixed that was broken due to poor manufacturer design. After 3 months of waiting it finally comes in and they are definitely sure it's the part. Come in on a beautiful Saturday morning and waste 2 hours of it away waiting until someone finally tells me they ordered the wrong one and it will TOTALLY be in in 5 days -_- ... oh yeah! And to top it off when I go to confirm my appointment to fix it AGAIN they said the woman never put it in... Most likely the worst service I ever got...EVER

I went in with my wife like a month ago and I had the pleasure to be taken care with Rancier Matos a sell rep and it was the best customer service I have had in my life. I enjoy the fact that Rancier took good care of us, he showed us the different options and different prices, also my wife was very happy for the great service and how how we were treated at the location. It was an excellent experience to make business with Herb Chambers Seekonk, but it was better to feel comfortable having an awesome customer service and Rancier did it. Congrat for your service and I hope you are there for my future cars' purchases.

Our salesperson, Rancier Matos, was more helpful than we could have ever possibly imagined. He was patient, a great listener, and ultimately found the perfect vehicle for us. I never knew that buying a car could be so easy! Thank you, thank you, thank you Rancier! I would also like to thank Tim Islip for all of his help in answering our many questions regarding future scheduled maintenance. Your experience and know how are invaluable! Tried to answer your question on YouTube, for some reason your settings wouldn't allow a comment. 2015 and 2016 Odysseys will be a great value because of incentives (last two years current body style). New design 2017 will have more tech and new body and most likely 9 speed transmission, it will be more money for a while. Tough call for me.  :)) Honda Laura
