Salt free softeners, also called scale reducing systems, function much differently than Water Softeners. Most salt free systems don't actually remove calcium, so your water is still hard. Read on for more info!

If you have residential well water, we recommend having an In-line Cartridge Filter, also called a Sediment Filter. It acts as a pre-filter to catch sediment and other particles to protect your fixtures...

pH is used in water treatment as a scale to measure acidity or alkalinity. The scale itself has a range of 0 to 14, with 7 being neutral. Anything below a 7 is acidic

The main cause of green hair is from dissolved copper in your water. If you're on well water you may have acidic water, which eats away at your pipes!

We had our scheduled annual service check and Robert came out to do it. The system was working well with some residual brown water the morning after the regeneration took place. I mentioned this to Robert; and right away he knew there were some issues to be resolved. He proceeded to find the issue. We have a high content of iron, and Robert was very conscientious in finding the reason for the brown water! Someone else would merely have brushed it off as a non-issue; but we are grateful Robert did not! He has saved us much aggravation and costs for further problems.! He was able to nip the problem in the beginning; before it became a bigger issue. So, thanks Robert, for being concerned about your customers.

RUN FROM This h2o company they cost us thousands! Sales talked us into replacing an older system that WAS WORKING for a modern more efficient unit. Totally promised better water & less product usage. It had never worked right since the day they installed it. Over half a dozen repeated appointments to “tweak” the system at 250.00 a pop and still nothing but issues. Their last visit was supposed to be a “senior tech” who told us that they no longer sell the unit that they sold us SURPRISE, and tried to sell us another new model that he states “they are happy with”. Head this warning and hire another company! We wound up going with another company who took care of all our water problems in two visits one to see what we were up against and the other to install and walk away! Granted we had to shell out more money to rip out the junk h2o suckered us into buying and have a WORKING unit installed! Yeah h2o your laughing all the way to the bank… what comes around goes around!

I have had other water treatment systems from the national companies and they pale in comparison to H20. Every thing they tried always fell short. I live in an area that has very hard to treat water. I spoke with a local plumber and he highly recommended H20, so I gave them a call. They sent out a very knowledgeable person (Keith) who tested my water and knew right away how to handle it. The installers were very neat and professional and the office staff make you feel like your dealing with family. All my water needs have been met and at a very affordable price. If you need anything to do with water do not hesitate to call H20, you will be happy you did.

My water softner problems were diagnosed within two hours of calling H2O and my new system was installed the next day. Everyone I dealt with at the company was courteous, professional, and helpful. The installer took alot of time explaining the differences between my old system and the new one which I appreciated. H2O's attention to customer service is obvious in the way they conduct business. They have earned my highest recommendation.

Being new to the area and interested in supporting local small businesses I decided to give H2O a try helping to solve my water problems. What an incredible experience from the start! Keith Ritchie was able to quickly diagnose my specific needs and within days the team was able to install a solution that fixed our needs. I've remained in touch with Keith to ensure our water stays safe especially now with a newborn added to our family. I'm very happy I gave H2O a try and look forward to a long relationship.

I met Keith at our home 10/16 for the water test and options and it was so easy and well explained and quick, I wanted to send a note to say thank you for making the process so easy. I asked a ton of questions to make sure I fully understood everything available and could make an educated decision and he was very patient. I met Justin the next day to have an Iron Curtain water treatment system installed and I just wanted to write you guys and let you know what a great experience it was. He was very prompt and informative, by far my favorite part being that he neatly ran all the electrical wiring and plumbing across the basement out of sight. I am one of those people that can't stand random piping or electrical cables or anything like that, I like everything to be streamlined and tidy and to my surprise when you go down there you can't even see any of it unless you really look. I am very happy with the work that he did and the explanations he gave on how it all works. I feel very good about our decision to have the work and equipment supplied by H2O and just wanted to say thanks. I hope our future experiences are all as great.

H2O diagnosed our 15 year old failing water filtration system, and within one week a new H2O system was installed. The sales pitch was painless, the install was fast and neatly performed, cleanup was spotless and the system operation was simply explained with clearly written manuals. H2O also scheduled a free follow up system check up to verify the system operation. We are very pleased with the product and service of H2O.
