Good read.  The psychographics are insightful, and I see a case for elearning + marketing tactics.

Today we're introducing The Engagement Project: http://goo.gl/cRsMN. It’s Google’s effort to push further in understanding, refining, debunking, and proving the value of "engagement" in our industry.

Over the course of 2013, we’re going to be writing, studying and talking with industry leaders and influential thinkers about what it truly means to engage audiences today.

Tell us what you think about engagement here: http://goo.gl/cRsMN. And, of course, in the comments below....

I recently started parkour here with my 5-year-old. And by that I mean, in the same class! It's such a blast. Instructor Lorin is great with kids and older n00bs too. The facility is expansive. More than just a facility, they're building a community. Great vibe from everyone there. Highly recommended for young and old.

Great people, great prices. They fixed my flaky fob so I wouldn't have to buy a new one. Excellent service with a smile. Very recommended.

The food is so bad, it's funny. Clearly the owner doesn't read these reviews because I've given it a few tries over the past year and it's...consistent. As in really bad. The only good thing about this place is its proximity to the worthwhile establishments on either side.

I went in for a small but urgent print job. There were a few problems with the files which were entirely my fault. Two different employees happily tag teamed my project to troubleshoot, fix the problem, and get it done quickly. They had to juggle other customers so they could help me. I experienced excellent customer service and I will definitely use this location again.
