The Spurs defense is as historic as the Warriors offense - Through the first quarter of the season it's difficult to find much to complain about if you're a Spurs fan. They're 18-4, the second-best start in franchise history. They're on pace for a 67-15 record, which would both be a franchise best, and also leave them a scant 15 games behind the Warriors in the standings if Golden State continues undefeated.
If not for the Warriors everyone in the basketball blogosphere would be flipping out over the Spurs start right now. Their defensive stats are that obscene. This might be their most under-the-radar season we've seen.

I bought my Infiniti at Gunn a little over 3 years ago and had a great buying experience. I've utilized the service department for my breaks, new battery, regular service, etc. While some service managers are more attentive than others (Henry is great!), I've never experienced poor customer service from anyone or difficultly in receiving a call back. Yesterday, I dropped my car off for diagnosis and was given a loaner since I scheduled in advance. My car wasn't ready until today, which was fine since I had alternate transportation. When I picked up today, my fob battery was replaced and car washed and cleaned. Very impressed! Thanks Gunn Infiniti! Keep in mind, usually only the poor reviews are posted online. I work in a thankless industry myself, so I try to post about great experiences when I have them!

I am beyond disgusted with Gunn Infiniti in San Antonio. I purchased a QX56 almost 4 years ago and the sales guy was okay. He was new and not well trained but his kindness made up for his lack of knowledge. I am a well educated buyer so I already knew what I was doing without having him blow smoke up my rear. Now, the worst part is their customer service in the service department. I purchased a service agreement because the math made it worth my time and money for the work that needed to be done regularly. They NEVER return phone calls, I would schedule appointments just to show up and it not be in their system, they would 'forget' to order things I needed for my car like touch up paint (I waited over 2 months and still never received), and they employees just did not care. They did NOT give a care that they had treated me so poorly. I took my car in on Wednesday, June 15, 2016, for service and to have them check a few items that concerned me. First of all, not appointment in the books even though I had spoke to someone on Monday. I called 5 times, left messages 3 times, and never heard from anyone. I ended up having to leave what I was doing and drive over there at 4 pm to get an update. They advised me they needed to keep the car until the next day (I live 2.5 hours away) so I had to rent a hotel room. By the next morning I had decided to purchase a new car at Land Rover San Antonio (best dealership ever) and it took Infiniti forever to get me my car. I finally picked up my car and was able to drive straight over to Land Rover to get started. Because Gunn took so long I was not able to finish the purchasing process with Land Rover until the following day, Friday. The last service guy I spoke to, Mr. Foy, explained that the poor customer service came from upper management. So glad he threw his supervisors under the bus. Customer service is a choice. His choice was to be rude, belittle a female (even though I knew more about the QX56 than he did), and plain his incompetence on someone else. I hope that Gunn will take a look at the nice hispanic fellow that preps cars for service and move him up into service. He is kind and sweet. He is respectful and deserves move from Gunn. If not, maybe he can apply at Land Rover San Antonio:) Gunn Infiniti, you have my cell phone and I will gladly accept a reimbursement for my 2 night stay in San Antonio considering you are the reason I had to spend the extra money and time away from my family.

We purchased our QX60 this week and it was a hassle free experience. Chris Santos was an ultimate professional who tirelessly worked with me from day one starting with the internet inquiry, phone calls, and the dealership visit to look at the vehicle and close the deal. He answered all my questions knowing that I am coming from Corpus Christi for the vehicle. My wife and I came in ready to purchase with an approved financing from my bank but Chris still offered financing inquiry on our behalf. Justin from Finance took care of the financing part and actually offered us a very low rate therefore beating our bank's rate. The trade-in offer for our Merecedes Benz vehicle was also reasonable and within the range as suggested by KBB. For the record, we were low balled by Audi of Austin for our vehicle trade-in value and offered us a high APR which was a show stopper and a deal breaker. The treatment that we got from Gunn Infiniti dealership was second to none. Our overall experience from this dealership is a five star and so I highly recommend this place to everyone especially to all my military brothers and sisters out there. Great job team Gunn Infiniti!!!!

Finally got my car back this morning after 8 days.. They were suppose to have it a day, 2 days tops and no call for 5 of those days from Gunn service department while it was there. This car is 2 years old and they had to replace my transmission a few months back.. Which took me taking it in 2 separate times complaining about it slipping. The first time I was told they couldn't duplicate the problem but reset the transmission computer system and that should fix any issues. It didn't so I took it in a 2nd time because it continued and was told Infiniti has been replacing the 2014 QX60 transmissions with 2015 transmissions because of a defect in the 2014 ones. So why I wasn't told that the first time and put back on the road with a defective transmission was a huge issue and safety concern to me. Then now after having it replaced it has started slipping again. I am not the only person that has driven it and noticed that it's slipping again yet Gunn Infiniti says they can't duplicate the problem once again. I also had to have my roof racks replaced for a 2nd time because the seal was coming out and flapping everywhere.. Another "defect" with the 2014.. My question is why am I having to redo the fixes this service department already did!! Every single time I have had to deal with that service department it has been a pain and left me pissed off. It takes hours just to get through to a person in service. I have worked in dealerships for 18 years and I am very versed in dealer operations and customer service. I have never in those 18 years experienced such subpar service in both customer relations and quality of work!!! This is my 2nd Infiniti but because of my experience with Gunn I will NEVER purchase another Infiniti again.

Sale went fine, but the vehicle had a 3 month warranty. An extremely expensive HID light went out in the first week ($413). I contacted the dealership and asked them what I needed to do to get it fixed. The told me because I bought a GMC, I needed to take it to a GMC dealership for repair, and then submit the invoice. I did all of that, then they wouldn't respond to me. Tried getting the manager involved, and the sales person email's me back and tells me, "they're not going to pay because the work wasn't done at a Gunn GMC Dealer." No where on the warranty agreement does it state that any warranty work had to go through them, and I even called before the work was done and did as they instructed me to. I spend 30K on a car, which came with a 3 month warranty. At no point did I expect to be treated so poorly over 206 dollar amount. If they won't honor that, don't expect them to be helpful for you! There are millions of places to buy a vehicle, don't go somewhere which such poor customer service!

I purchased my vehicle in 2012 and went ahead and picked up a service add-on for the first 60k miles through Gunn. Overall, it was well worth it. Using the Gunn service website to schedule an appointment and arrange for a loaner has been a breeze. They've always provided a few bits of customized service based on my client notes, and I never even have to ask. I'm knocking off a star because they failed to fix a squeaky brake problem for my previous service appointment... then my car went out of warranty.. :( ...But, Gunn took ownership of the mistake, and did a front brake job on the house! That's how you build loyal customers. Liz was a great service relationship manager this last time, and I appreciate the follow up. So, I'm adding that star back!

Excellent work from service department. Karl hooked me up with a great loaner even though the service department was slammed on Thursday late afternoon. My QX70 was ready the next day by noon as promised. Awesome!
