I brought my Chevy Traverse into the service dept without an appointment. I know that isn't usually the procedure. I was greeted warmly and assured that i could either leave the car or come back the following Tuesday, as that was the first opening. I was able to procure a rental car, and Jeff told me that he thought he MIGHT be able to look at it on Friday (that day was Wednesday). However, I got a call on Thursday evening from Jeff describing that he had to order a part and that he would call Friday when the car was done! He called bright and early at 8:30 on Friday morning and I went to pick up the car. I was very happy to get my air conditioning working, because that was what went off. I would recommend this service department over all others! Thank you Gunn and Jeff!!

Jeff Riley provided excellent customer service and got me a great deal on my purchase as well as on my trade in and made the experience very easy! I chose Gunn because they were the ONLY dealer whose website listed the sale price of the vehicle online. All the other local dealers just had something like: "Please come see us" No thanks! If a friend or family member asks me my opinion, i'll recommend Gunn Chevrolet and also have them check their online website too!

I have bought my last three vehicles at a Gunn dealership and will continue in the future! They provide great service. I was interested in a used truck and received a follow up call from Sergio C. He was able to forward me details of the truck along with photos prior to my visit. Sergio provided great customer service because he was patient and able to locate a truck with everthing I was looking for. Thanks again Gunn and Sergio!

Bobby Smith talked with me before arriving. Walked me through the process of everything that needed to be done. I showed up the next day and he had everything ready for the car I wanted to buy. I was given a great amount for my trade. Best car buying experience ever.

I went to Gunn Chevrolet for maintenance on my vehicle. When I first arrived at the service department no one approached my vehicle, as I have noticed is standard in other dealerships. Dropping off my vehicle was not the worst part of my experience there. I was hoping I could trust all the recommendations that the service department gave for my vehicle. There were standard problems and they addressed by concerns to the best of their abilities, however, I felt that they were attempting to get me to buy many fluid changes simply to make more money. I didn't feel they had my best interests in mind, monetarily or otherwise. Finally, when I went to pick up my vehicle I was again not approached when I arrived at the service department by the receiving gentlemen stationed there (the same as when I dropped it off). Not only was I not approached, when I walked towards him, he attempted to completely ignored me and looked at me out of the corner of his eye as if he didn't even want to help me or hear what I was there for. I felt very disrespected and not as a customer and more like an annoying fly on the windshield. I wish I could remember the 2 gentleman who helped me with my vehicle because they gave outstanding customer service over the phone. They went through and explained every issue that was identified with my vehicle, break down of costs, what can wait and for how long and what needed to be addressed immediately. They made an exception for my vehicle and went to work on their day off to address issues in my car to allow me to have it back sooner.They were my only positive experience through the whole process of Gunn Chevrolet. My suggestion is have your members, specifically the gentlemen stationed outside to receive the service, address the customer, not have the customer approach them and ignore them until they begin speaking and have the customer feel as if you want to help them and want them to be there. I can imagine that being a Car Service Representative isn't the most glamour's job in the world, however if you want to retain customers, make them feel at least wanted. You always want to help and service your client base. I will not be returning to this Service department.
