Roger and his service Technician Eric and Justin the Service manager were a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate recommending them to friends and family. They went the extra mile to see that we were well taken care of. G&S stands behind the products they install and maintain 110%. From start to finish this company is professional! Scheduling is easy to do, their technicians are efficient and friendly - explaining several things pertaining to our system to us. We use them for our twice-a-year maintenance and LOVE the services they provide.

G&S have been maintaining our old system but age finally caught up despite regular maintenance. They surveyed our 35 year old home, recommended, installed and are now following up on a new Lennox heat pump and air handler. All of their personnel have been polite, professional and competent - no exceptions. We are very pleased.

Fact is... to the customer, the application of technology to heat and cool your home, by its nature is impossible to do perfectly because at the very best when the tech gets to your home, you are inconvenienced by lack of heat, cooling, power, or any combination and you know its going to cost. G&S succeeded in conquering that beast by letting us know from the start that they were our partners in the fight. As a team, we struggled through some issues that were, on the outset, beyond our control. G&S took ownership, beat the obstacles and delivered us, the customer to a solution that worked, was within our budget and made sense. The short story is, G&S went far beyond expectations to make a happy customer. They will get all our future heating, cooling or electrical business in our home or our business. First, we called the company about our old furnace, that was doing a weird noise. The attendant told me that the visit would cost $85. Then they sent the diagnostic expert to see what was going on. After around 2,5 hours of service, the specialist said that we needed to replace the furnace, as the 28 years old one we had was condemned. At the end of the visit, he charged $85 for the visit + $(*) for every 15min of service. *I don't remember exactly how much was every 15 min, but the total was around $450. I was not told about the extra cost for every 15 min of service. They have a deal was that if you replace the furnace with G & S, they won't charge you for the diagnostic. In a first moment, I didn't want to continue the service with G & S, as I didn't like the surprise of having to pay 5 times the price I was told. I cancelled the next visit, and was already looking for another company to have the job done. However, this got to the knowledge of the owner Roger Thompson, who promptly called us to understand what was going on. His attention with the case made us changed our mind. He investigated, and admitted the there was a mistake from their side. He offered to charge us only the $85 that I was told. After seeing his care about the case and honesty, we decided to give them a second chance. And we're happy we did it. Than they schedule a visit of a salesperson, who presented to us all our options. After we decided which kind of furnace we wanted, things happened really fast: on Monday they sent a guy to take the measures (sorry, i don't know how this profession is called). On Wednesday, the guys came early and spent the whole day replacing everything. At night, my house was warm and nice again. On the week that followed, they sent the same salesperson again, for a quality follow up. Everything was perfect. Very nice job. Trustful company.

I had two old electrical Panels at a home that had undergone additions/remodels. I asked for a quote for a new electrical panel to alleviate breaker tripping issues. I got a prompt quote and a prompt appointment for a new breaker box. The circuits were moved from the two older electrical panels and integrated into the one new electrical panel. The new breaker box was also outfitted with a switch-over and outlet switch for the ability to switch over to generator power. The two technicians assigned the task arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently and kept everything tidy. Once the job was completed, they made sure everything was ship shape and tidy afterwards. Very pleasant to work with and very capable of doing the work.

We had an excellent experience with G&S Heating. They were gracious enough to stick us in the day after Christmas (very responsive) because our heater finally kicked the bucket a few days before Christmas. They bent over backwards to get us fit into their busy winter schedule and gave us an excellent deal on our thermostat. We've been astounded at the overall improvement of our house heating with the equipment they suggested and successfully installed. We noticed almost immediately a much more even heating throughout our home. The only feedback I have is they didn't communicate ahead of time the arrival time for the measurement appointment or the installation appointment. Although, we gave them slack on this since our appointment was set in under a week during their busy season. From Nate on sales and final details to Jon and Jason the installers, they were professional, clean and respectful. We've had a fair amount of house work done most recently, so we've seen a spectrum of, in particular, cleanliness. We will suggest them to everyone we know who's looking.

Our Mitsubishi heat pump installation experience with G & S was easily 5-start from start to finish. From the scheduler, Virginia, to our salesman, Nate, to the installation crew of Mike, Mannie, Carlos, and Robert the electrician, to the follow-up correspondence with Dawn, I was very impressed at the consistently high level of service, communication, professionalism, honesty, and courtesy we received from G & S. From a customer perspective, this is how you run a business!!!
