I am so sorry to hear about your experience. We take great pride in our restaurant. My wife and I have owned and operated this restaurant for over 30 years and are very proud of our food and service. Our chicken sausage comes from our supplier "fully cooked" similar to things like smoked sausage, ham or even hot dogs would be. so there is no possibility of it making someone ill like raw chicken could do. We do brown it on the grill to give it a golden crispiness, but it would be perfectly safe to eat without further cooking.
Spinach, collard greens, kale, mustard greens are all very similar so I am not sure what you meant about our spinach. Our goal is to always please our customers, so Sagar, I would like to invite you back to our restaurant as my treat. If you will notify me of when you are coming, I will personally cook your meal for you.
