Whilst we're on the topic of dolphins, take a moment to read about the cruel conditions the Wake Bali Dolphins are living in, and sign the petition to help save their lives...
http://www.change.org/p/wake-bali-dolphins-free-four-wild-dolphins-contained-in-a-tiny-resort-pool

They're almost up to 300,000 signatures, your signature will help just as much!

And if +SEGA Europe are reading this, I love Ecco... It was one of my favorite games and I'd love to get a "modern" version for my +Sony PlayStation 4!

+Gone Home is without a doubt one of the most underrated games I have ever played... I bought +Gone Home  because it was one special at the time and I can tell you now, my only regret is that I did not buy it sooner.

If this game is just a fraction as good as +Gone Home, it will be money well worth spent...

I can't wait for this game to come out, I'm glad the adorable +Nixie Pixel is back (I've missed your videos, your energy and your optimism!) and I look forward to plenty more the future!

Is the music stored on the "Smart B-Trainer" headset, or the host device (smartphone, phablet or tablet)?

On the "Smart B-Trainer" headset, storage space could be limited (as is the case with many physically-similar headsets, including those from Sony)...

But if the content is stored on the host device (phablet, smartphone or tablet), that could be a lot of music - considering we now have 200GB Micro SDXC storage cards commercially available (with 256GB Micro SDXC storage cards recently confirmed as "coming soon")!

This looks awesome, and I can't wait to get my hands on it... Though I think I'll wait for the +Steam OS (+Linux) or +Sony PlayStation 4 version.

I wonder if this game will support "Project Morpheus", the +HTC Vive or +Razer OSVR (the latter two natively support +Linux-based operating systems, such as +Steam OS and +Ubuntu)?

It'd make for a pretty impressive game if virtual reality headsets were supported...

Bah!

Once-upon-a-time they told Walt +Disney he would never be able to build +Disney Parks - with cost being one of the biggest debate points... Yet over fifty years later, +Disney Parks are still running, turning a big profit, one of the most popular tourist attractions in the world and without a doubt, the most visited theme park in the world!

If we ever find a way to clone dinosaurs and if someone is silly enough to actually try it, there will be someone with big enough dreams - like Walt +Disney in his time - that could actually pull this off...

+Telstra used to offer a "premium" service and for may years they could justify the higher prices because of this... Combined with the fact that I am a former, long-term employee; the fact that +Telstra used to be Australian and the fact that +Telstra used to primarily employ Australians in their call centers (most of their call center staff are now in a certain country north of Australia) is why I chose +Telstra for so many years.

But I changed over to +Vodafone Australia about a year ago, and I don't regret it one bit.

Since the infamous "Vodafail" saga, +Vodafone Australia's network has grown in leaps and bounds - I travel all over Australia fairly regularly with my employer - usually by road - and I can honestly say that the "new" +Vodafone Australia gives +Telstra a big, BIG run for its money in all but the absolute, most remote areas...

Coverage-wise, +Vodafone Australia doesn't sit very far behind +Telstra under Real World circumstances and in terms of performance (e.g. data speeds), the difference is so minute that you're only ripping yourself off if you choose to pay more to +Telstra for such a marginal performance boost!

And if you live in a major metropolitan area - where +Vodafone Australia's coverage is virtually identical to or better than its competitors - you're mad if you don't take a look at +Vodafone Australia and its highly competitive prices!

Yeah +Telstra was originally an Australian company, but that is no longer entirely true since the company went public and whilst I do not have access to the specific numbers, +Vodafone Australia appears to employ more Australians in its Tasmanian call center than +Telstra do in their respective (Australian) call centers these days - I haven't dealt with an Australian in years over the phone with +Telstra, yet with +Vodafone Australia, it's only been pre-paid services that I've heard foreign call centers (my post-paid service always use the Tasmanian call center)!

I can't speak for +Optus, but +Vodafone Australia have fought back against the "Vodafail" saga aggressively , and they've done a top job that +Telstra should be scared of!

It's time for the monthly +Linux gamer survey... It takes just a couple of minutes, but offers a wealth of information regarding the operating environment of a +Linux gamer, and the games they purchase.

It's that time of the month again Linux gamers! The new GOL survey for July is now available, so please make sure to fill it in if you have the time. We had a lower number of respondents last month, and it would be great to keep the number above 1000.

The second greatest games in the history of video games is finally getting a high-definition remake (it was the greatest game in the history of video games - until +Naughty Dog's "+The Last of Us")... F%&k yeah!

Yep, even if I need to sell my first-born, I will have this on Launch Day! lol

In all seriousness though, the fans have been asking for this for a long, LONG time, so it's glad to see that +Square Enix have finally listened to their fans...
