When you are in recovery, you are developing a script that is different and it can sometimes be confusing as to which script is the correct one. Call on a friend or family member to help you review and evaluate whether the script you’re writing for yourself will likely produce the results you want. However you manage this, finding the right script for you and your situations is another answer to anxiety. #understandinganxiety
