Dr. Gregory Chernoff
has taken his eight years of intensive training in facial
plastic and reconstructive surgery, laser therapy, breast rejuvenation, and
body contouring and turned it into a powerhouse career. Following medical
school, Dr. Chernoff completed his surgical residency in otolaryngology where
he developed a special interest in helping cancer patients in need of facial
reconstruction. Four fellowships followed, making him a highly sought-after
surgeon in complex facial and reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Chernoff is triple board certified by the Royal College of Physicians
and Surgeons of Canada, The American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck
Surgery, and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
This is a commendable distinction requiring the completion of demanding
examinations and continued annual requirements.
Throughout his career Dr. Chernoff has contributed to the plastic surgery
and aesthetic medicine specialties in notable ways. Laser therapy has been an
important component of his practice. He was one of the first authors of
literature on CO2 laser resurfacing
and has since been a significant
contributor to the development of surgical and non-surgical laser techniques.
He continually researches and tests new therapies and technology for medical
and biotech companies during clinical trial phases.
