In case this has not been discussed yet. You're not alone.

WARNING: Ranting - I'm cranky, and tired thanks to that Thursday Night Football with an 8:30 start in Eastern Time Zone and a 5am alarm clock. I wasn't planning on watching the game but when the Lions were up 17 - 0, I felt obligated. Then the rest of the game happened, which was entertaining- despite the outcome. Stafford played well in my opinion, it was nice to see him with a little more command than normal. I'm not going whine about the controversial call, nor any poor officiating, it would be too long to read.

At this point, all I can say we need a new respectable GM that will find an elite coach that will build up the franchise to one that doesn't continually disappoint. There is talent on the Lions roster, they are capable of playing competitively, and Detroit wants a winning NFL team more than any other city.

Dear Santa,

Please help the +Detroit Lions

Nexus 6P - Build Quality? - I'm about to "pull the trigger" on buying a Nexus 6P, however after combing the internet for reviews I wanted to get the opinion of everyone here. I've read a few posts and a few videos about how it bends, how it isn't held together well, scratches easily, and so on. I'm not hard on my phones, never have been; but from those of you that use the Nexus 6P what are your thoughts? Thanks in advance.

OMG so funny !!!
However Stafford is on the field and sure as hell is not Brady or Brees or Rivers even. Lets just say Stafford is not ever going to be the great QB it seems most Lions fans want to believe he is. IMO he is slightly above average on his best days and way to inconsistent :-(

Ultraviolet 4K? — Like everyone else, I've been building up my Ultraviolet library and except for a few oddball freebies, the movies are all from Blu-Ray. Knowing that 4K and future technical improvements are inevitable, is there any hope for the option to upgrade my current collection without having to start all over again? Has there been any credible information released about upgrading from HDX or having HDX be automatically pushed out at the highest streaming resolution?

Though I do like Netflix 4k streams, I doubt I'll be upgrading my vudu. I've got 300 movies and what vudu us trying to charge for uhd movies I already have in 1080p is just ludicris. I really wish they would give an reasonable upgrade price though. $30 is way to much. Pretty dumb of vudu cause if they did have a REASONABLE upgrade price of $5 to $10, I'd probably do it, so really...they are losing money with this tactic.

But its probably not vudu. I'm sure these prices are set by the film industry. I find it ridiculous that they try to claim I don't own the movie, just the license for it.....but yet if I want to watch a movie I own a license for in a higher resolution, I have to buy a new license. How many times do I have to buy the same damn movie.....

Attention Nexus Ladies: My wife just got her Nexus 5x, an upgrade from the Nexus 5. She just started using it last night and today I received a message that it's not going to work because it won't fit in her jean pockets. She keeps the phone in her jean front pocket. Thinking about having to box it all up and ship it back makes me cringe. Do any of you know of jean pockets that fit the Nexus 5x? Are some jeans better than others for larger phones? I just learned that women's pockets are like 5" x 3" horizontal and useless.  Thanks!

Nexus Payments? - I'd like to get one of the new Nexus devices (Nexii?) but I'm not willing to switch to Project Fi. Anyone know of a workaround "payment plan" to  purchase a Nexus?

EDIT I'm in the USA. And I'm probably looking to get the Nexus 5x.

My hangup is that I like the form factor of the Nexus 5 and the 5x is very similar. Also, I've seen hacks/mods to allow for QI charging on the 5x.

I was listening to Lions Radio Network on my ride home from Up North today. I had the radio tuned into WSGW 790 AM out of Saginaw. At some point before the half, DEAD AIR! They lost the connection to the feed. So what do they do? They cut over to storm coverage for the hurricane. Before it went out, Lions were up, then I tuned into 103.9 FM when I got near Flint and they had unraveled. At least the traffic wasn't too bad, the Lions and their radio network sucked today.

Yeah I was driving home from up north and had the same experience, dead air!  I thought they just cut this debacle for the sake of public health so no one killed themselves.

Next phone? - I'm a current Nexus 5 owner. I purchased it from the Play Store and I'm on T-Mobile in the USA. My Nexus 5 is still running fine, except that T-Mobile is adding LTE towers with Band 12 in areas I travel, where there is no other bands in service. I frequently use and love Qi charging on my N5. Is the N5x the way to go or should I wait for some other phone on the horizon? I can probably hold off until Spring 2016 if I had to. Your feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

Don't believe the 5x has qi charging but it does have quick charge which is better in my opinion. I loved my Nexus 5 when I had it so I'm planning on the 5x shortly. Currently on opo.

We woke up on a cool Summer morning to discover that we were without any heat. Called Kal Gas and they were able to fit in a propane delivery, with only a short wait. The delivery guys were very courteous and polite. Great customer service!

All I needed was a car lock set replaced. The price was expected, given it was a dealership service center. The reason for my review is because they offered free WiFi, had an electrical outlet available, comfortable seating, free Starbucks coffee, and a cafe for food and beverage while you wait. It was like working in a coffee shop while my vehicle was being serviced.

Perfect family activity for young children. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Cherries are easy to quickly pick with designated areas but raspberries are more of a free-for-all so, it takes more time to hunt and pick them. Nonetheless, I recommend a visit to anyone looking to pick cherries.

Reading the reviews below about service and portions, we decided to give it a try nonetheless. I'm glad we did. The food was really good, especially the Burnt Tips appetizer. I had the pulled pork entree with a side of apple cole slaw and waffle fries. The cole slaw was fantastic, just the right portions of cabbage and apples. We went during the lunch hour and the service was great. The place was not busy at the time we were there, perhaps that has something to do with the experience? I'd certainly go again and would recommend it to others. They offer 4 sauces to try, which compared to some local competitors, is on the lighter side. Parking on the side streets or in a lot may also be a concern for some during busier times; yet don't let it discourage you.
