Steve, I am Mike Watriss and I am the owner of Great Feathers. I saw that you wrote this review regarding a conversation that we had, today. If I am thinking about the same call, I apologize for in any way being dismissive or put off. I had several loud customers in the shop and was trying to check someone out at the same time. That is no fault of yours and trust me when I say, that I was by no means, bothered only busy. I hope that accept my apologies!
I take reviews very seriously as online information is essential for potential business. I am hoping that you will give me and my business another chance and understand that that was not the standard and rather an exception. If you had more questions, call and ask for me, directly! I assure you that I value every customer, whether potential or regular. Bad reviews are the kiss of death and I will never accept one without a chance for understanding what happened and what can be done better.
