I'm a 31 year old insurance agent that sits at a desk all day and recently started playing rec league soccer and working out regularly. After becoming very soar from playing sports and working out more recently I was recommended by my friend to go see Dr. Keeler in Pittsford. After just my first visit with Dr. Keeler, I had wished I started treatment with him much earlier in my life! Dr. Keeler went above and beyond to understand what exactly was ailing me. My hamstrings were killing me from running a lot and he had a very good technique to stretch them out. His approach was very holistic and didn't just focus on one area of my pain. Dr. Keeler not only helped to ease the pain and soreness in my neck, back and elsewhere, he gave me a good game plan for how to manage my pain with daily stretching and other useful tips. Every time I walk out of Dr. Keeler's office I feel like a million bucks! Having a free range of motion in my neck and dramatically less pain and soreness in my body has given me the motivation to continue an active healthy lifestyle. My body and energy haven't felt this good since college! If you want to take control of your pain and soreness and feel much better in general then I highly recommend seeing Dr. Keeler regularly!

I have been to a couple different chiropractors and this practice is by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable. I started going because I had chronic lower and upper back pain (I work with computers all day) and a sore knee. Josh Keeler, DC is my chiropractor of choice, he has helped to relieve my back pain and completely resolve the issue I was having with my knee. He takes the time to explain why the pain is occurring and how I can help to prevent it. I continue to see Dr. Keeler twice a week for maintenance of my back and also feel much better when I leave. If you are looking for a chiropractor that knows their stuff while still being friendly and offering advice on how to remedy your issue(s) Josh Keeler, DC is my recommendation.

I've been very pleased with the treatment I receive from Josh Keeler, DC. He has impressed me with his skill in treating my acute and chronic injuries (low back). I have always felt better after leaving the office. He incorporates a plan for preventative treatment which includes exercises to perform at home and lifestyle changes. Preventative care, in my case, is key and I appreciate his knowledge and experience to get me where I need to be. I highly recommend Dr. Keeler.
